Vila San Remo by MTPhomes

The villa was very clean, bedding and towels seemed clean too. We ate out most evenings but there seemed to be plenty of utensils etc in the kitchen if you wanted to cook. The basket of biscuits/cakes and bottle of wine was a nice touch. The pool was a good size. The beach was very close, only a few mins walk down the road. We walked along the boardwalk to the old town most evenings which took 10/15mins. There was a Spar a few mins walk up the road and a couple of quiet bars. Rooms were spacious and it was nice to have 3 toilets, 2 with showers. Lounge was comfy. Overall a really well maintained villa.

The bed mattresses were hard, if you like that then you would be in heaven, but we struggled the first few nights. The pool water was clean but the leaves hadn’t been removed prior to us arriving and the net was broken, we asked for the pool person to visit but it took a few days. One of the sun beds was broken so left us with only 3, and they could probably be updated. We weren’t sure where to put the rubbish once the bins were full but we did find one down the road. None of these were massive issues but for the price I would expect these simple things to be sorted. Communication could have been a bit quicker too. But, again, none of this would stop me returning or recommending.

Enorm veel chloor in zwembad. Als dit wordt aangepast is t een top huis

This villa is excellent! Perfect location- shop less than 5 minute walk, as is a fabulous restaurant Pancee, beach less than 10 minutes walk! Great space in the villa. Pool is gorgeous. Kitchen very well equipped. 3 bathrooms very useful with a family of teenagers. Other lovely places to eat are less than 15 minutes walk towards the strip. The Great India restaurant is amazing. Slaintè bar beside it good too. Wild & Co was gorgeous, as was Donaldo's. The Old Town is about 25 minutes walk in the opposite direction. Lovely area down here too.

We loved everything! Nothing bad to say at all.
