Rafael - Private Pool - 10 Guests - Albufeira

I have to say, above all else the staff are exceptional in communication and help. The villa is roomy, clean, a little dated but situated minutes from the shops and pretty much central for visiting both the old town and new town areas. Our only gripe was electrical - due to the weather being cloudy the panels could not generate large amounts of power at once, meaning the appliances could not be used simultaneously but once this was realised and made alliwances, we had no further issues. However, maintenance were sent out within the hour to ensure there were no serious problems. I would highly recommend this company, the villa and the location. The villa was freezing - again due to the unprecedented weather front - but heaters are supplied in every room and were very effective, so we were cozy. The games room added extra excitement for our grandchildren and we all enjoyed playing pingpong daily. Cooking facilities were good, communal areas were spacious and well laid out, beds were comfortable. Sadly we didn't get to use the pool but it was clean and would be a lovely addition in warmer weather. The gardens were kept well and the surrounding area is quiet but easily accessible.

Communication re flexible check in time was poor. We were not able to check in at 2pm but told 5pm At 12:30pm we were told the house was ready but we had changed our plans already. Power kept cutting off.
