Rafael - Private Pool - 10 Guests - Albufeira

Very spacious and room for all the family and good location to shops. Beach not too far away.

Would have been nice if pool was cleaned on arrival we fished out the leaves but bottom was very dirty and not cleaned until 4days into our holiday. The staircase was beautiful but design meant that it was very echoey and noise from living room travelled upstairs. Some games or cards would have been a nice touch. The chess table set was nice but would have been better in the family area rather than at the top of the stairs. Also disappointed with the options for late checkout and the cost just for an extra 4hours .

I have to say, above all else the staff are exceptional in communication and help. The villa is roomy, clean, a little dated but situated minutes from the shops and pretty much central for visiting both the old town and new town areas. Our only gripe was electrical - due to the weather being cloudy the panels could not generate large amounts of power at once, meaning the appliances could not be used simultaneously but once this was realised and made alliwances, we had no further issues. However, maintenance were sent out within the hour to ensure there were no serious problems. I would highly recommend this company, the villa and the location. The villa was freezing - again due to the unprecedented weather front - but heaters are supplied in every room and were very effective, so we were cozy. The games room added extra excitement for our grandchildren and we all enjoyed playing pingpong daily. Cooking facilities were good, communal areas were spacious and well laid out, beds were comfortable. Sadly we didn't get to use the pool but it was clean and would be a lovely addition in warmer weather. The gardens were kept well and the surrounding area is quiet but easily accessible.

Nothing really. It was lovely

Fine spacious rooms

Internet wasn't great. Pillows were terrible. The rim of the pool was dirty.
