Villa was comfortable and ideal for a group visiting for the Cheltenham Festival with proximity of bars and restaurants. Communications with the owners was excellent with prompt responses to any queries arising.
Good A/C in the property.
The villa is adjacent to a busy road, this could be an issue for some. As there are 2 kitchens, the upstairs apartment would benefit from a kettle.

The villa is in a perfect location. Short walk to the strip and supermarket. Although we did use uber for grocery and food delivery. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
The villa is a strange set up. Two apartments. Could have done with a smooth path to go from upstairs to downstairs instead of walking over stones. Villa not equipped very well. We were a party of 10. Only 6 sun beds of which 1 was broken and none very comfortable. Would benefit from a toaster and kettle in each kitchen rather than just the one. Only air con upstairs, which was needed on both floors. Patio furniture very cheap and flimsy and area to sit round table outside was small. We all struggled to sit around the table outside.

Pool was dirty took 5 days to clean, no TV at all, didn't show us how anything worked no customer service skills whatsoever
