Swimming pools, proximity to the beach, private, quiet, family friendly and clean.

Such a fabulous location and apartment. It contains everything you need and more. The apartment accommodated our family of 4, (2 teenagers, 2 adults) comfortably. Bath and beach towles, salon style hairdryer (u dont need to pack your own), fully equipped kitchen, dining table & outdoor furniture. Very clean pool area with ample sun beds and umbrella's. 2 mins stroll to gorgeous beach with two beach bars/restaurants (one Thai style, highly recommend & open til late). 20 min walk into old town via boardwalk on beach. Ubers very cheap if you don't wish to walk, but everywhere is walkable (old & new town) We strolled back to the apartment a good few times from the Marina, (through the oldtown and back to the apartment via the boardwalk) of a night. Gorgeous restaurants 'The Clay Oven' Indian restaurant, 'KingYo Restaurant' Chinese restaurant, Jack's (at the Marina, Irish bar/restaurant) to name a few. Highly recommend this apartment, will definitely be returning to this apartment. Shout out to Ramash for arranging our transfers and to Holly for keeping in touch to ensure we had a pleasant stay. 😀

Nothing, it met all our needs.

The location of Quinta Barracuda is superior - great balcony view of the old town Albufeira and the ocean. This is a condo hotel (i.e. each room is privately owned). Great swimming pool and plenty of tanning stretchers. Plenty of space. There is an AC is in the room, but we only used it in the afternoons as nights tend to be cool even in July and ocean breeze is very pleasant to sleep with open windows. In the corner of pool yeard you can find a small gate (requires fob to open) which leads to the path which is only 250 meters (this was huge for us as we had one kid with limited mobility!) from the great beach (you don't need to exit the hotel at the main gate to get to the sea). Fully equipped kitchen and extra futons if you have more people to accomodate (or kids in our case). Plenty of restaurants just steps outside the hotel. The property's yard is taken care and was clean. The old town and grocery stores are at some distance from the hotel, but we knew that ahead of time. If you have a car this is not an issue. Otherwise may need to call Bolt/Uber/Tuk Tuk or walk for few hundreds meters.

Getting stable temperature in the shower was a challenge (I suspect the mixing valve). Bathroom sink water was poorly drained. The stove in the kitchen was impossible to make work when we tried to make a scrambled eggs in the morning. We ended up cooking eggs in the microwave. Garbage (trash) is outside the main gate of the hotel on the street and you will need to take it out yourselves (not an isssue though - we sent one of our teens).

Locația complexului de apartamente e grozava. Ajungi pe jos aproape oriunde.Plaja aproape,magazine,restaurante etc. Holly și partenera sa au fost amabile.

Aici sunt multe de spus. Am sa încep prin a spune ca a fost prima data când calificativul de pe Booking nu a corespuns apartamentului. Proprietarul are nevoia urgenta sa investească în acel apartament. Este nevoie de mentenanță și igienizare corespunzătoare deoarece nu poți sa îți bați joc de concediul clienților. Totul miroase urat începând cu așternuturile,prosoape vechi și mirositoare,mobila de bucătărie murdara,praful este neșters de pe mobila ,din spatele mobilei de sub pat cred ca de luni de zile. Nu cred ca au înlocuit buretele de vase anul acesta. Nu ne-au pus la dispoziție nici măcar laveta cu care sa ștergem masa. 2 role de hârtie igienica la 4 persoane pentru 7 nopți. Dulapul de sub chiuvetă este groaznic de murdar. Canapeaua extensibila trebuie schimbata,pici de pe ea. Salteaua foarte inconfundabila. Naproanele de pe masa de servit masa sunt murdare și miros urat. In baie au lăsat mopul,pute îngrozitor.Rigola de scurgere a apei de pe balcon murdara,cresc buruieni. Așternuturi îndoielnice ca igienizare. Paharele spălate superficial. Tot apartamentul este curățat și întreținut superficial. La banii pe care ii cer ar trebui sa se implice corespunzător. Nu recomand acest apartament. Păcat de locație dar în felul acesta nu poți sa te porți. Ser sa le fie de ajutor aceasta părere si sa facă ceva pentru a remedia cele menționate mai sus. Le urez succes!
