They have to change the managment

The property is a new building, with all the facilities.

I dont like the management. I made the reservation via booking. The manager told us that they are fully booked, and the only apartaments left cost more, and we have to pay more or to find something else. Of course we didn’t accept. They were the only responsables for the reservation accomadation and have to find the solution.

Un piacevole soggiorno

Struttura molto carina, nuova, stanza ampia con un comodo terrazzino e una bellissima doccia. La piscina è una nota in più a favore. C'erano anche sauna e palestra ma che nostro malgrado non abbiamo avuto tempo di usufruire. La colazione era ottima e variegata con prodotti tipici molto apprezzati. Ho prenotato questo hotel con uno sconto promo quindi anche la qualità /prezzo è stata ottima. Parcheggio privato interno alla struttura, non chiuso/custodito ma ok.

Un po' distante dal mare e dalla movida notturna per chi è a piedi, ma noi con la moto non abbiamo avuto problemi.

Att det var en bra planerad lägenhet och att det fanns pool. Vi hade även en balkong med möjlighet att sitta och äta. Samt torkställning för att hänga badkläder. Vi bodde på första plan och hade vår bil direkt utanför, samt bara en trappa ner till pool och reception, gym etc. Mycket värt med parkering eftersom det är svårt annars i Ulcijn. Stort plus för att det var lugnt vid poolen och att det finns hela tiden tillgång till solstolar. Överlag är området bra, känns mer säkert än närmare centrum. Finns 2 restauranger, 1 bageri och 2 minimarkets bara någon minut gångväg bort. Personalen är trevlig, snäll och kan bra engelska. Man kan gå ner till centrum och liten strand. Men vi tog alltid bil eftersom det är varmt och mycket branta backar.

Det var väldigt lite köksredskap, så det var ganska svårt att laga mat. Väldigt enkel mat gick att fixa men man måste ha tålamod med långsam spishäll. Det finns t.ex inga andra redskap än vanliga bestick och 1-2 kastrull utan lock samt stekpanna.
