Lovely view apartment in old town!

This is a wonderful apartment. It has a fabulous sea view and a very nice terrace with good outdoor furniture. The bed, couch and indoor furniture were also nice and comfortable. The kitchen was good for easy meals. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment manager, Vehbi, was kind and very helpful. Great communication!

It needs a small sign to identify the property. People in the neighborhood did not know it.

Amazing tranquil stay on the quiet side of Ulcinj

The location was amazing, it felt private but also with a spectacular view and on the quiet side of Ulcinj in a beautiful part of the old town. Lico the host was so helpful and sincere in making sure we had a great stay. The room felt spacious, particularly with the private garden and the decor and styling was sophisticated and modern with a great attention to detail. We wished we could have stayed longer! We look forward to hopefully coming back some time, thank you so much Lico!

Superb

The location was perfect, we were close to small beach, the main tourist area. The host (who was fantastic) gave us information about another beach close to the house. The VIEW WAS AMAZING - we had a lovely time sitting out on the terrace in the evening and watching the sunset.

The wonderful place where you want to come back to over and over again!

Everything in this place was so perfect during the stay that I could not stop wondering if its possible to be so cosy, romantic and calm place to enjoy your holidays. The owner of the apartment Lico is very welcoming, super friendly person, ready to help with everything you need to and provide really great recommendations for the local restaurants and places to visit to. The design of the apartment is very modern and every detail is well-considered. The location is incredible, just in the Old city you will feel its atmosphere and calmness. But the most greatest thing need to be mentioned is the terrace and view that you wont like to leave. Every day the sunrise and sunsets are amazing so you can enjoy it to the full expand, while during the night the sky full of starts is waiting for you. Just 100 meters away downstairs there is a lovely beach Leman, which me personally consider as the best in Ulcinj. Overall, this place is highly recommended to stay and be sure thats one of the best accommodation in the location. Definitely will come back there next time and will recommend it to my friends and family. I wish to express my gratitude to the owner Lico once again. Прекрасное расположение, восхитительная терраса. Пробыли всего 2 дня. Квартира сама по себе стоит того, чтобы в ней побыть подольше. Волшебные закаты и рассветы (даже в конце сентября), засыпать и просыпаться под шум моря - это сказочно. Парковка поблизости стоит 15 евро в сутки, так что закладывайте эту цену тоже в стоимость размещения. Внутри всё довольно комфортно. Но поскольку были там непродолжительное время, то не могу сказать насколько комфортно было бы оставаться на более длительный период: например, не помню были ли там утюг и сковорода. Продуктовые магазин довольно близко, пляж тоже, вечером можно прогуляться как по старому городу, так и выйти на улицы Ульцина. В общем, Всячески рекомендую. Хотела бы вернуться еще раз, а может, и не один:) Немного сложновато было найти - проклятый Гугл завел не туда:) но менеджер Лико помог, оперативно заселил, сделал регистрацию, большое ему спасибо.

Не совсем честно использованы фотографии верхней террасы с мозаичным столиком, которая к этой квартире не относится:) но в любом случае своя терраса шикарная!!!
