Disappointing stay

The apartment was well appointed and the guy on the desk was helpful and tried to sort out the problems.

When we arrived we were told the two bedroom apartment (for three people) we had booked wasn't available and were offered a single three person room. When we refused that we were offered an apartment with one bedroom and a sofa bed. We tried that but as the sofa bed proved very uncomfortable we asked to change after one night and were offered a second one bedroom apartment. This worked OK but wasn't what we had booked. In order to achieve these changes they asked us to cancel the booking via booking.com and gave us a very small cut in the price quoted.

Nice comfortable apartment with a sea view from the large terrace. Nice user-friendly washing machine.

Location was a bit far from the old town. Very steep climb to the apartment. Limited pedestrian pathways. No kettle to boil water.& limited cooking utensils.

Overall a nice stay

The hotel was very nice and clean the room was very spacious. The AC worked perfectly. The staff was very friendly.

I didn't like the breakfast it was from 8:00-10:00 and when we went to eat at 9:00 there was barely anything left and the food was not delicious. The breakfast table was very limited with food and had no variety

The staff was very popular and so respectfull Rooms were super clean and so comfort ,it was also a good opurtinity parking for car With one word it made the vacation better

The room was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing sea view. Everything felt really luxurious and comfortable and it was such a nice experience!

24/7 check in in fact, parking, welcoming staff, good breakfast, AC work well, nice room, good size of the room, good beds.

Slow WiFi, far from beach and go uphill, far from city center, near to the mosque and cemetery - it may be a problem if you're not Muslim because you'll be called to prayer at 5am. Towels are changed every day but without adding soap, toilet paper, water. Not everything works well in the bathroom.

Lovely 3 day stopover in Ulcinj

The apartment was lovely, great view from two balconies, nice and clean with very comfy bed. The kitchenette had all we needed including an electric kettle and a fridge. Another bonus was the lift as there are several floors. The owner was very friendly and helpful, he spoke good English as well. The apartments are a steep walk from the main part and beach of Ulcinj, hence the view, we were aware of this but we had a car so it was no problem, and it is made clear on the map when booking, most hotels/apartments are the same in Ulcinj. We would definitely stay again, lovely apartment, fantastic value

Amazing host and comfortable apartment

Dorian and his father are amazing and very kind people. We were enjoying our staying here. I was really appreciate that they have a lauandry service, because I was really need it. Extra star for a nice small talk with Dorian :) Be aware that the hotel is on a hill.

There was a problem with a shower - water was cold, because boiler did not heat a water. That was not a really problem for me, because I was staying here only for one night, but they may be they need to fix it.

It’s new building with an elevator. Easy to go up and down with luggages. Good size rooms. No complaints about the apartment.

Booking lists that daily housekeeping is available. That’s not true. Housekeeping is available upon request only. Also when they clean your apartment they don’t pick up your garbage. Throwing out garbage is your responsibility. The kitchen doesn’t have a dishwasher. Dish detergent or sponge are not provided. You are expected to buy dish detergent, sponge, garbage bags, etc. Limited items in the kitchen. Not enough hot water when taking a shower. Requested laundry (one bag) and they returned it on the third day. Iron or ironing board not available.

The location was fantastic, everything was close by the beach, the center of the city, markets. The rooms were super clean, Wi-Fi worked really good. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Would love to visit again.

Great people fantastic place excellent service I can recommend this hotel to everyone! ! The staff is always super friendly and really cares about the wellbeing of their customers. The Rooms are always clean and everything from towels to hairdryer.
