Not to go in winter. Do in summer.
The apartment is excellent, but it's not really suitable for winter stay.
We were staying in January and heading was not good, AC was not turned on and we arrived on a stormy day so it was really, really cold. Windows are not airtight so whatever AC managed to worm up it was cooled down in a minute. Loved the place, seems really good for summer vacations but should be avoided outside of the season.

Very reasonable for the price
The hotel is very tricky to find - google maps takes you to entirely the wrong place which can be confusing! Once found, the hotel is nice - with lovely views of the ocean. The room is clean and comfortable and the walk into town itself is about 20 minutes down the hill.
The bathroom smelt a little funky - could possibly do with better ventilation.

The quality of the building and the interior, its proximity to city center and transit road towards other parts of the city, the view, the underneath trees and forest and the very helpful host.
