Good location, all the amenities,
Noise in bedroom from mains riser when someone uses bathroom, bedroom door not painted, bedside table lamp flickering do can’t use, other bulbs not working, toilet seat lid broken, shower screen seal too short so floor gets wet, sealant mouldy

The cottage was in a lovely quiet location, plenty of space for our family of 4 plus a small dog. The kitchen was very well equipped although we did find a lovely local pub that we ate at most nights. The bedrooms were all nicely furnished and clean as was the bathroom. The TV and Wifi was excellent (a must for teenagers), with enough space in the lounge for all of us to sit in of an evening.
It would be hard to find a negative but if I had to, the only thing I didn't like was the rear step out of the backdoor. Due to the position of it it would have been dangerous if we had had small children because you could have fallen off the wrong side of the step.

Well presented, clean and tidy.
Only one toilet. Bathroom basin had no room to place items on. No where to hang washing outside.
