Loved the location and despite being told it was top floor was not too many steps.
Little tired due to age. Floors very thin and noisy. Cobwebs in the kitchen and lots of glasses but all of them very small. Very few old fashioned big tea/water cups.

Wonderfully stocked with assorted utensils for cooking and serving. The place was old and charming. The three bed rooms offered generous space to stores out for a family of six. The staff had the place ready early and were et allowed to check in a bit early. Very close to the train station, central Bath and a very large, clean, well stock M&S Food.
The beds were a bit squeaky. Otherwise no other issues.

The property looked exactly like the photos and was very well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which was perfect as we enjoy cooking during our travels. Having two fully equipped bathrooms was also very convenient for our group. The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance—we even walked to the Roman Baths and other attractions with ease.
The stairs were quite narrow, which may be challenging for guests with large luggage or mobility issues. The private parking was also a bit of a walk from the property, although it was manageable.

Great location. Integrated kitchen & living room were excellent. Chocolate and cava were great. The toiletries were appreciated.
The bedrooms all needed some TLC. The linen had holes in. The blinds in the bedroom did not cut out the light effectively. One was held up by pins. The downstairs bathroom smelt musky/ damp which pervaded the downstairs bedroom. The issues around the blinds and downstairs bathroom were noted by previous visitors but had not been addressed.
