pure relaxation just what was wanted

stayed for 5 days and loved every minute so peaceful and relaxing. Our hosts where lovely friendly and helpful would definitely recommend and would go back again

Lovely stay , and would come back again.

It was a great location to Cavan Equestrian as we were competing there for the weekend . Every evening when we came home the house was lovely and warm . We were able to relax after a long day . There was always hot water available. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook . The bedrooms were lovely and warm and the beds were very comfortable.

The couch in the sitting room needs updating as it’s old and worn and I didn’t like the mats in the bathroom.

Beautiful farm house in a wonderful setting. Paradise when the weather is good. We hit a rainy wet weekend so could not make use of all the great activities around the farm.

Perferct location for fishing & water sports , water park freshly opened nearby . Hosts were lovely poeple really helpful.

From start to finish it was great with excellent hosts.

Hosts were excellent, David and Nicola were great and left us a starter pack of food,tea and coffee etc and mid week dropped off some biscuits. They were unbelievably helpfull and will be back next year.

Only thing i can say is use google maps to find it as sat nav's wont pick it up, other than that perfect.

There could be some improvements made. There is nowhere no hang a towel/clothes or put toiletries in bathroon. In the kitchen basic items like oil, salt and pepper would be an improvement. The bedsheets were not cotton. It is my understanding that this is a new property and the lovely setting in farmland and close to activities make it a great family stay location, the host is very friendly and helpfull, with a few small upgrades it could be a perfect 10.

Brilliant location, host and house for a getaway; highly recommended.

Host was incredibly friendly and helpful. House was cosy and had everything we needed. The location was not too far from Butlers Bridge and had Cavan town a little drive further. The adventure centre across the road was very handy and I can recommend the boating trip there for beautiful views and the castle on an island was great to stop off for a picnic.

The weather on one of our days was terrible but can't do much about that.
