Loved it so big and spacious

It was noisy seeking morning as the work men were digging up road very early in morning this is only temporary I’m sure it would not stop me coming back as the the house was lovely

70th birthday celebration 🎂

House, location was fab. Beautiful Georgian house. Loads of space. Looking out to the Lough was lovely and only 5/10 min walk into town. Susan was so good to communicate with. She organised a lovely surprise for my sister. Nice bottle of bubbly 🍾 and a lovely card.

Stairs!! 4 flights. Not a problem for us, but it was good having the living room on the 1st floor. Good for a rest, lol But honestly, there was nothing we didn't like.

Well stocked house with everything you could need. Hosts left a very thoughtful welcome pack. Short walk into town. Perfect for a group of friends.

Only one minor complaint: House was very warm, all guests in the group found it difficult to get to sleep. (it was warm for the time of year so the heating may have been set for more typical October weather.

Prime location

This house was very well situated just across from a lake with a park for the children and very close walking distance to all local shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent customer service from the owner who kept us updated prior to our stay, provided a lot of Information that we may have needed and a lovely welcome gift waiting for us on arrival. Will definitely book again

The only downside was the safety features of the house for children ie windows that open fully, hearth in the children’s bedroom not covered and the blind/ curtain strings hanging loose. The old fashioned spring doors which could easily have caught the children’s fingers.

Lovely house in a central location. Host very amenable.

The location was central & within walking distance to shops, restaurants, walks & riverside activities. The host was very friendly and provided us will all the information we required for our stay. Parking in the free car parking opposite the house. The host also left food essentials which were much appreciated.

The only downside was the traffic noise, especially the loose grate on the road outside the property that clunked loudly every time a vehicle went over the top of it, however, we appreciate that this is not within the host's control.

Very very good

Excellent host and very accommodating to us. Excellent situated place and handy to get to everything. Nice place to park aswell. The house itself was far better than expected, and very clean and tidy. Really good for a group of 8 of us with plenty of room. Overall a really enjoyable weekend!

Such a small simple thing but some of the doors were squeaky and could have woke people up in the morning.

Superb

Great location, walking distance to everything. There is free parking across the road, down beside the water which is lovely. Lots of little ducks and birds there. Loved the rooms, very comfy. The sitting room upstairs is great and Smart TV is brilliant. Communication with host was spot on.

It's not a major thing, but there is wee bit of road noise, there is also a loose drain covering outside the property that rattles when cars drive over it. Light sleepers should sleep at the rear of the property.

Exceptional

The property is beautiful and in a perfect location for a stroll into the town and also a park across the road for the kids. We arrived to a welcoming bottle of wine, greeting card and sweets for the kids which I feel was a touch of class and started out stay perfectly. Excellent communication the whole way through from booking until departure which made the stay very simple for us. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone you will not be disappointed. Thank you Susan we will hopefully be back again soon.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay at The Brook, There was plenty of room to accommodate myself and six family members, while the property is quite big it still manages to maintain a cosy feel. There is ample car parking in the duck park across the street, which is also home to about 100 ducks so be sure to bring plenty of bread if you like feeding them. Susan was an attentive host, but not intrusive like some can be, she texted to ensure we where settled ok and provided us with some groceries which where well received after a very long drive. It is a great base if you are attending a wedding at either of the 5* hotels in the area like we did, or even if you are just searching for a home away from home to explore the beautiful Enniskillen for a few days.

Lovely pillows, brilliant extendable dining table, bunk beds that weren’t squeaky at all

A few more tea towels and hand towel in downstairs toilet would be good
