Piazza Venezia White Apartments

The apartment is placed right at the heart of central Rome near all the historic sites and in lively area which is important for a visitor. No question its a good location! The apartment is nice and comfy and relatively big.. there were a few goodies on arrival like nespresso compatible coffee and biscuits etc.. Someone met us and helped with bags which was nice although it cost extra as after 8 (listed in advert). For most part good things. We did enjoy our stay and location overall

Stairs.. we read reviews but still.. if you are with young kids (like us) who might fall asleep during the travel, carrying them is hard. But this is clearly stated. We also had a problem with cold hot water. Managed to get it working with help from emergency contact number we got for property but only after 10 mins of trying things. We did not take it further ad it worked but then same issue next night (we were out all day so were not focused on it). Spoke to hostess only on third day directly she apologised and said will send someone to fix it (in time for next person). Anyway we did manage to shower for most part it was just a lot of hasstle after a long days.. so i did not take off many points in the end when i summarize the time which was positive hopefully next person got to enjoy said expected repair/fix Aircon works but is a bit weak for room sizes during peak and evening on hot days

The location of the apartment was ideal it was so close to everything and within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions.

That there wasn’t any lifts available and it was up four floors. It wouldn’t have bothered me that much except for the fact I was over to do the Rome marathon. So walking up and down those stairs afterwards was a struggle haha

Everything was perfect, especially the hostess loredana that was very welcoming and helped us with everything along our trip. Our stay was great

The sheets were not very clean and the coaches werent comfortable. But anything other then that was a 10/10

The location! Loved being so close to all the sights we wanted to see. Host Lordana met us right when we arrived and also efficiently got us a car to the airport, much appreciated. Having 2 bathrooms and a full refrigerator was nice.

The 82 stairs! Felt like way more than 4 flights, and we are all athletes who work out daily. The bedroom needs curtains, and more seating to enjoy the view. The apartment could also use some lamps as the overhead lighting is very bright. We also needed sheets for the 2nd pull out and never received them. Showers are very small with no where to put shampoo, soaps (in master shower). Would like to have had a dryer with washing machine. Bed needs new pillows.
