Central location, plenty of space, cool retreat from the hot Rome sun, and generously stocked kitchen.

Check in and out was a bit tricky having to navigate 2 locations with luggage and an elderly guest in tow.

It was clean with plenty of room. Great location to walk to all main sights.

It was very hot on arrival. I took many hours to cool down the apartment. One fan was broken and the dryer did not dry the clothes.

First off the service and hospitality of the front desk staff was exceptional! Because we arrive early from our flight, we had to check in at the front desk and store our luggage. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a restaurant to eat at while we waited for the apartment unit to become available. They even called and made a reservation for us. Also, since the check in location is different from the apartment you'll stay in, a staff member traveled with us to the unit, took all of our luggage up to the apartment and stayed to show us around and explain important details about the place we needed to know. Again, would absolutely stay again! Also, there is a lift, small but helped my older parent get up to the unit which is on the 3rd floor.

Hardly anything! Other reviews talk about a lack of "meeting area" in the apartment. But you are only there for breakfast and a mid-day break. We moved a few chairs from the bedrooms and there was room for all of us!

The apartment was perfect, clean and spacious for our group of 6. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The apartment was beautifully stocked. The location can't be beat. I would definitely book again and highly recommend.
