The hosts were exceptional, especially Elisa and Massimo. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The split level room we had was spacious and both areas had their own separate split system so we could regulate our own spaces without fighting over being too hot/cold! All beds were very comfortable, including the 2 single ones on the ground floor. The kitchenette was great to have, with a microwave and kettle, and the coffee machine was a nice treat to have as well. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, we chose to buy our own breakfast items from the nearby supermarkets and eat in our room.
The room description stated we had a fridge, but we only had a tiny bar fridge that was in the upstairs bedroom, not in the kitchen. There was only one TV in the upstairs bedroom, but this is a very minor thing. It was also very noise being on the main road, with lots of sirens driving past constantly. Would have been great if there were laundry facilities in the building as well.
