How helpful everyone was, nothing was to much trouble and the personal key handover in our room and given some nice helpful tips was first class. Really nice personal touch.

Fantastic location.

Was uncomfortably warm at night (apparently air conditioner had been switched to heating function the week before). Had to open the windows to cool the place down, however given its location it was very noisy, despite ear plugs being provided.

Amazing indeed!

The location of the apartments was fantastic, so well situated to be able to get around and see all the sights and lots of shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep too. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were super helpful and couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend staying here.

The only thing I would say is that one bedroom and bed was quite a lot bigger than the other meaning that with 4 friends travelling together two of us had a lot more space.

Fantasic stay from start to finish. We would go back!

I cannot fault the property and the team at Amazing Suites. They were responsive as soon as we booked and could help with anything. They organised our taxi to and from the property. They looked after our bags after checking out. Someone was on reception 24/7. The property is in a fantastic location to see Rome and get in and out of the city. There are loads of fantastic places to eat nearby and a gelato shop next door, open day and night. The bed was comfortable and the balcony a bonus. The whole apartment was perfect for our needs.

The apartment was a little chilly but that could be that we were not working the air con properly. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Perfect stay in central location

We had an amazing staystay here. With a central location we were able to walk everywhere, even with kids. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were so lovely and always helpful

Broken leg on the couch but staff attended to it straight away. Check-in instructions could have been clearer - transfer was organised for us to drop us at the property but needed to go around the corner to a hotel as we were there before 8AM.

Perfect location for sight seeing

Clean, very comfortable beds. Clean towels everyday. Lady gave us a map and talked us through where the sights were, that we wanted to see. Very helpful

Found previous residents clothes in the apartment which made me think it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, or they'd have been found. Said they could store our luggage for a few hours after checking out, and that it would be safe & secure. When we returned, it was unattended, and we managed to collect it without being questioned by anyone.

Great apartment style suite centrally located in the middle of Rome.

The location of the property is in an excellent location. Nearby to the Trevi fountain, also close by to Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum. The facilities were spacious. The suite had 2 sizable bedrooms. There was also a little central living room that had a dining table and a small couch and a kitchenette. The bathroom was also quite spacious. They had a nice amenities such as disposable slippers and ear plugs. Being in a central location, sirens from emergency services can be fairly frequent so ear plugs help. The included breakfast was a little unusual. You are not getting breakfast on the premises. There is a restaurant across the street called Vivi and you need to go there to have breakfast. there are limitations of what you can get but still a good variety of options. We had early tours planned every day, prior to Vivi’s opening but we were still able to get breakfast arranged the day before to pick up and bring to our apartment so that we can have it prior to our tours. Overall, the staff were very accommodating. They assisted with any requests. They helped us arrange for taxi services for a variety of our needs, which worked out great.

When you arrive to the location, it is listed as another hotel, the Talent hotel, which was very confusing. Amazing suites seems to have purchased some space in that building and so it is located on the second floor. The front desk at the hotel functions for the other patrons. Amazing suites has a little kiosk on the second floor to manage their patrons. Just a little confusing.

Excellent stay in the heart of Rome

Amazing Suites are located right in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of the main objectives. The apartment was clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, we appreciated this.

The noise - although we were provided ear plugs, the central area means constant noise (ambulances, party people on the streets). The breakfast could be better - it is served in a bar across the street and heavily carbs based (pastry, bagels, fruits). I missed basic eggs / cheese / vegetables.

Brilliant location- but may be noisy!

Fabulous location close to all attractions, Colosseum, The Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain. Staff were very helpful.

On the Saturday night there was a nightclub directly opposite our room which we could hear and feel until 1.00am. And never went sirens as we were on the corner of a major intersection

Amazing days spent at Amazing Suites!

Location was ideal!!!Very close to a lot of places!!!All the staff was very kind and took care of every detail, specially Monica!!!

The only small issue we had, and only on the 1st night, was the relative street / traffic noise given the location, and an apartment with a balcony over a main street. Silicon ear plugs solved that for the remaining 3 nights

It has nothing to do with the property, but overnight parking in Rome is a nightmare. The lack of nearby overnight parking is a significant issue. Driving in Rome is to be avoided.

Great Location, breakfast could be much better

We loved the central location of the property the room and bathroom were spacious for 2 people and we walked to most points of interest from the room(apartment). The woman who greeted us was super nice and answered all of our questions and explained how everything worked in the apartment. It was easy to get ubers and taxis from the spot

The breakfast was not up to par (especially for Italy) It was delivered every day and by the time it got to us it was usually unappealing. Also the TV was very weak (not that we really needed it) but most of the channels offered did not come it.

Nice location, can easily get to the attraction in the neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shops around. The staff are friendly and keen to help.
