the location was amazing!! very easy to check in/ out the bedrooms are big and well aircon there is an elevator to the room (very small but cummon for europe)

the apartment needs some tender care the bathrooms are small and one of them is not friendly as it is ander a low slope roof

We stayed here for two nights, and it was the perfect place to experience Rome. The apartment has two very large, spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made it very comfortable for our group. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only minor downside was that the sofa and the shower felt a little outdated, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. One of our favorite parts of staying here was that it truly felt like an authentic Italian experience. The building has a charming, old-school elevator that we absolutely loved—it added so much character and made us feel like we were staying in a classic Roman apartment rather than a typical hotel. The location is what truly makes this property stand out. We were able to walk out the front door, and within just a few steps we were at the Trevi Fountain. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafés, gelato shops, and stores nearby, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, combining comfort, charm, and an unbeatable location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.
