La ubicación, la comodidad , la autonomía, la funcionalidad del departamento, su equipamiento y sus utensilios;el ambiente de la zona, la facilidad para moverse por todo Roma a partir de esa zona.
Las almohadas necesitan cambiarse. Están sucias. Qué más? Es necesario darle mantenimiento a la tarjeta de la regadera de baño. Había cabellos y mucho jabón acumulado en algún momento inundó y el agua se salió. La calidad del Internet es muy deficiente. Es conveniente tener algún manual que sirva para orientarse sobre los hábitos y reglamentos del edificio y no incomodar a las personas que viven ahí. Como la recolección y separación de basura, horarios de entrada y salida, etc. Es conveniente, cuidar y mejorar la presentación de los pasillos que conducen al apartamento. En primera instancia da una percepción de abandono. Llevar a cabo una fumigación, pues encontramos una larva de cucaracha y una araña pequeña.

Ubicación
Era muy pequeño, las ventanas daban el patio de un restaurante por lo cual no se podía. Abrir, el acceso al departamento era dificultoso.
