Roberta Apartment Fontana di Trevi

Excellent apartment, very spacious, secure, clean and beautifully decorated. Extremely convenient to all sites, mostly within 15min. Supermarket is just at the doorstep, and within easy reach of restaurants and cafes. Roberta the hostess has is excellent and very responsive. She organised our airport transfers at very reasonable rates and gave us good recommendations for restaurants.

The crowds! The location and close proximity to the Trevi fountain makes it a thoroughfare.

Room and very comfortable for a family of 4 with two teenagers. The location is in the heart of Trevi Fountain neighborhood — very lovely and crowded late morning through mid to late evening, BUT the magic of this apartment is that it’s located through a courtyard entrance so it’s is quiet and peaceful once off the street. So you get the best of both worlds. The washer/dryer is a huge plus for travelers. And the AC works splendid as we were visiting in mid-June. The location is also easily walkable to Colliseum, Forum, Spanish Steps. Borghese Villa and Park and Travestre are easy 25-30 min walks. And the Vatican, etc are a bit further but easy to access with a taxi or a longer walk. Roberta was very hospitable and welcoming. She answered all my pre-arrival questions graciously and timely as well. She even arranged our driver to the apartment upon arrival from LAX which was a huge gift after a 12 hour flight. We will definitely recommend others to this property if traveling to Rome and we hope to visit again ourselves.

There was nothing to dislike. If I was being picky it might be to have a nonslip mat in the shower as we had some near slips in shower as it’s small and the suds make the shower floor slippery when wet.

The host was very rude
