About this apartment rental
The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. This magnificent apartment is located on the sixth floor, with elevator, has an area of 200 square meters and consists of a large living room with beautiful view and balconies, dining room with kitchen, 4 large bedrooms (three with queen size beds mattress 190x160cm and one with two twin beds mattress190x90cm). All rooms are illuminated by large windows. There is a queen size sofabed in the living room. The furnitures are luxurious and the house is unique, with a wonderful view and very quiet. Air conditioning, heating, free wifi internet access, TV Lcd.
The apartment is located in a XIX century building with entrance from Viale Due Macelli. The location of the house is fantastic, right in the centre, adjacent to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Spagna and Barberini Metro/Underground are 3-4 minutes walking.

Check in time 3pm - 7:30 pm.
Late, Sunday and Holiday check in € 40.
Check out time 10:00 am
For early check in and late check out, please ask the owner.
Maximum price €950 per night
No parties, events, filming, shooting, bachelorette, hen party.
No smoking.
The cleaning agency provide some minisoap, shampoo, paper toilet, garbage bags. When those items run out, if You don't orden an extra cleaning, You should use yours or buy some more at the Supermarket.

This is a great location within walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see without being in the middle of the chaos We traveled with 3couples plenty of room for everyone bathrooms are small like others have said but it’s Europe we were fine Host was responsive to all our requests We would stay again

We had an overall enjoyable stay at this property. The location truly stands out, it’s convenient, beautiful, and made getting around very easy. The home itself is spacious, with a great number of bedrooms that worked well for our group, and each room having its own balcony was a really lovely touch.Communication prior to check-in was excellent. We received all the information we needed ahead of time, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. Communication regarding a missing espresso maker piece felt slightly awkward which detracted a bit from an otherwise positive experience. That said, we still had a great time overall. The location really is wonderful, and aside from those issues, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
