Great location very close to Trevi Fountain and many of the historic sites. Desptie the heat wave during our visit, the AC held up well. Many good restaurants and gelato shops nearby.

Bathrooms and showers are small but that may be a local standard.

Absolutely amazing location and excellent communication with the hosts. Host also offered to assist with airport transfers. We also had a private chef come and make us the most fantastic Italian meal on the beautiful terrace. The facilities in the property was also second to none- the kitchen was very well equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, all the cooking utensils you could imagine.

Nothing- it was a perfect property for a stay in Rome for a family of 5.

The location is exceptional. Despite being < 100 yards from Trevi fountain, the apartment is so quiet and idyllic that we used it for our writing retreat. It's a 2 minute walk from some of the best restaurants in Rome (real Roman cuisine, not tourist fare). The apartment itself is spacious enough for 3 solo travelers to each have their own bed / sofabed. 5 people could stay if there are couples who share a bed (beds are big). Bathrooms are modern and clean, and toiletries are provided. Kitchen is well-equipped. There are plenty of sitting and lounging areas for people to read quietly or meet for a conversation.

A taxi cannot drive up to the location as the roads are poor and under construction. Also the flat is on the first floor and the stairs are very steep. This was fine for us, but it is not accessible for elderly people, those with disabilities, or anyone with heavy luggage.

Great location, the apartment is very well equipped with all necessary for your stay, clean and tidy.
