Most convenient location that's right at center to all major attractions. Complementary snack and beverage were really helpful when we initially checked-in.

A/C was not powerful enough during our stay

We were very pleased and surprised to encounter many starter breakfast/snack items, like packaged bread and jam and plenty of coffee pods, + a bottle of proseco in the fridge! These made for a lovely welcome. The host was extremely communicative. I think ours was the one property under this management that was an Airbnb/Booking.com property. The other apartments seem to be offered under a different model--more of a bed-and-breakfast-like umbrella, wherein breakfasts were delivered to rooms. For our preferences, we liked our situation.

Despite instructions, we struggled with the electronic door knob/key, which required a code but which also required some finagling to turn it to the proper position. We wished we could have just acquired keys at a coded lockbox. As I said, the host had proved very communicative, so we knew we were in good hands and did not ultimately have to ask for help. My only other comment would be that the kitchen lights were NASA-like-bright, but is that like complaining about too much of a good thing? I would suggest a dimmer switch.

Fabio was very attentive from the start and gave excellent recommendations. The beds were very comfortable.

Very nice apartment, fully equipped with kitchen accessories, washing machine and comfortable bed. The location is excellent, close to the main tourist attractions, shops, supermarkets and pharmacies. The area is full of restaurants, bars and cafes. The staff are very courteous and attentive, especially Mr. Fabio, who was always concerned that we had a good stay. I highly recommend it.
