We really enjoyed our stay at the Boutique Apartment Pantheon. The location was fantastic — within easy walking distance of the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, and most major sights worth seeing in Rome. There were plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, and the atmosphere and vibe of the area were amazing. The only time we needed an Uber was to get to the Vatican, mainly because it was simply too hot to walk! Other than that, we walked everywhere and really enjoyed being able to explore Rome on foot. Alessandro was a fantastic host. We communicated with him almost daily, and he was always quick to respond and sort out any minor issues we had. He also helped organise our airport transfer on our final day, which made things very easy. We really couldn't have asked for a better host. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds, and it offered great value for money. Overall, we highly recommend the Boutique Apartment Pantheon, particularly for families or couples travelling to Rome. We would happily stay here again!
There were a few minor things worth mentioning, although none of them detracted from our stay. Like many places in Europe, the apartment doesn’t have a lift, which can make getting suitcases up and down a little challenging. Fortunately, the apartment was only on the first floor, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. The showers are also quite small, but they were still comfortable and functional. One small suggestion would be to lubricate the door hinges throughout the apartment, as some of them can get a little noisy — particularly when you’re the first one awake and trying not to disturb the rest of your group! Other than these very minor points, I really can’t fault the apartment. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend it.

Alessandro met us at the door, showed us how to enter and showed us around the flat. He was great, was in constant communication with us and even scheduled a taxi to get us to the airport.
The cleaning lady needs to wash the bath mat and should have seen the broken toilet seat. There is a steel plate in the floor of the master bathroom that needs to be secured as sewer smell comes through.

The location first of all and Alessandro the guest very nice and helpfull guy!
First of all, the cleaning lady needs a bit more training. We have found the pillow sheets dirty and also hair and dust in the bathrooms and in the living room. Nevertheless, we've paid 250€ additional on arrival (to cover our 4 nights stay), the lady never came to do any cleaning during our stay. Secondly, there were no consumables in the flat (bin bags, table tissues, a broom, etc) and the air-con was not the best. The bedroom with en-suite was bassically a bakery and the bathroom itself a bit smelly! The fridge could not keep up with the heat and it was barely making the drinks cold, luckly the freezer was ON... Yes, the location itself is magic, 100m to the left and you have St Ignacio Basilica...and another 300m to the left, the Pantheon...also a small corner shop (a bit expensive) around the corner. Overall, the flat has massive potential, but needs a bit more attention.
