Great location, easy to walk to all major sites. The room itself is modern, very well sized and a great size for the three of us.
If I had to say anything, the lift is small. Really very hard to fault the property.

Location, location. Close to all the main attractions and busses stop right in front of the building. Clean and tidy place.
More than two coffee pods and milk could be provided.

Location was great, large room that provided what you needed. For a family traveling and going to cook or have an extended stay the hotel room had space, pots and pans, refrigerator etc.
Aurora at the front desk was very nice, did a wonderful job explaining what was available to us.
Hot water ran out which is unacceptable. There was some restrictions on using the heat due to what the host said was a city requirement. I come to Rome almost every year and as a matter of fact I was in Rome earlier in the week. I could raise and lower my room temperature as I desired so don’t think that is the case. Last I wish the desk was staffed earlier than 8:00. We needed a cab and it would have been convenient to have assistance from the front desk. A number was provided but not what I would have liked.
