may be the location

the place was not as the photos we saw when we booked. there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. the air con was only blowing hot air. The bathrooms were very dated the sink got clogged at one point. we have stayed in oriana suites in Verona which was absolutely stunning and thats why we choose this it was terrible in rome.

There wasn’t anywhere in the apartment to relax / chill out as we were using the sofa as a bed so it needed another sofa abs the eating area was located in what is effectively a hallway.

Wonderful for families looking for a spacious apartment in a great location

Location is perfect, rooms are spacious, apartment was super comfortable for a family with kids. We had everything we needed to conveniently explore Rome. Rooms are surprisingly quiet considering the location and hectic streets around.

The facilities and decor are very basic, don't expect anything fancy!

Apartment was spotless clean and very modern. Staff were excellent-so friendly and on hand very quickly to answer any questions we had.

Would have preferred to have an iron and board in room rather than have to ask for it, but a very small issue and it was available when asked for. A brush for the floors or vacuum would be handy too as I like to tidy up when we stay self catering as kids can be messy but understand most people don’t want to tidy up on holiday!

The perfect accommodation that checks all the boxes: great location, pleasant environment, warm hospitality, and ultimate comfort!

If I had to pick one thing, using a regular key was a bit inconvenient. A digital lock would be way better! Also, it was a little hard to find the reception at first

Definitely a place I would recommend and return to. I truly enjoyed my 4-night stay.

1) The location is excellent—right near the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is modern, spacious, and recently renovated. 2) The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the front desk operates conveniently from 8 AM to 9 PM. 3) You can leave your luggage before check-in or after checkout, as long as the front desk is open. 4) The staff follow up before arrival and maintain great communication throughout the stay. 5) The room is fully equipped with high-quality Italian-brand amenities. 6) There is an elevator—though compact, it serves its purpose well. 7) You receive two physical keys: one for the building entrance and one for the apartment. 8) The hotel is close to a supermarket and also near a bus/taxi pickup point, which is very convenient. 9) The building itself is old giving a heritage feel. Due to its age, certain features like the elevator and centralized AC system cannot be upgraded due to city regulations. 10) You have the choice to ask for cleaning the room for a fee.

For awareness, though it didn’t affect my overall rating: 1) The bedroom air conditioners are connected to a central system, so the temperature can’t be adjusted individually (unlike the living room AC, which can be controlled manually). 2) Due to the central location, you can hear some noise from the busy streets and nearby activity, which is expected given how close it is to the busy tourist area. 3) The water heater is relatively small, so if more than one person plans to shower consecutively, some timing and spacing are needed to maintain hot water. 4) The bathroom handles were slightly loose and could detach from the main axis, but the staff were already aware of this and confirmed it would be fixed soon.

The apartment in ideal location, close almost to everything we wanted to see … clean and easy to access. Also the employees are very friendly, responsive and helpful … they helped us a lot with recommendations also with storing our luggage’s as our flight wast at evening.

Great location! You can walk to almost every scenery spot except for the colosseum. The lady at front desk is very friendly and helpful as well. Overall I rate 9.5/10 to this hotel.

Disappointing Stay

Location

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Rome. • The air conditioning was very weak, making it difficult to sleep in the summer heat. • The Wi-Fi connection was poor and unstable, almost unusable. • The hotel is located on the 5th floor with no convenient access, which made it extremely difficult to reach the room with luggage – a long and uncomfortable walk to the entrance. • On top of that, due to a last-minute flight cancellation by the airline, I contacted the hotel to kindly waive the charges or reschedule the stay, but they refused any flexibility and charged the full amount even though I never checked in. This was not a fair or welcoming experience, and I would not recommend this property to others.

Great location

Location excellent with large bedroom and outdoor terrace.

Terrace size good but no views of city other than offices opposite and no greenery. Functionality of Kitchenette was poor and drain smell in bathroom needs sorting. Be aware that rooms are not cleaned during stay and replacement towels are an additional cost.

Very comfortable stay and fantastic location

We loved the location! It would be hard for me to justify not staying in such a great location in Rome in future. We were just minutes away from Trevi and the Pantheon. It meant you could wake up early and see these attractions without the crowds and still come back to your apartment for breakfast without prepping for a whole day out! We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our group with a small child. Lift was always available to use to get up to the 5th floor. Staff were always on hand to help, and very kind.

We liked it all! We would recommend to anyone!

The entrance to the building - alley, stairs (unsafe, unattractive, uncomfortable). One flight up to access the elevator. Once you reach floor (5th.), another 5-6 steps to access apartment. Building old, in need of maintenance. The welcoming process was a bit disorganized.
