Good price, accommodation OK if you are not picky
The location is maybe 10 minutes walk from the train station. The host met me in the street to give me the key. It did not cost much and provided appropriate value for the money.
Locking the door was not easy, requires the right combination of skills and force. The host had shown it to me, but it was not easy to reproduce. Finding the light switch turned out to be rather difficult. After sleuthing for a felt eternity I noticed that a doorway had been bricked up behind the bed and that's where the light switch is still today. Looking a bit deeper into the corners revealed some cleaning deficits. When people walked in the street you could hear every word, but during the night it was quiet. This is an old stone building, so there is some smell and getting the temperature right can be challenging.

Rien à part l accueil. Pas de télé, pas de wifi,pas possible d ouvrir le rideau, lit du va qui bascule, impossible de brancher la plaque de cuisson sans débrancher le frigo… pas de gel douche, serviette microscopique.on entend les voitures comme ci la fenêtre et la porte étaient ouverte…. On est resté 2hr puis on a réservé une chambre d hôtel à 1km

Vaisselle assez sale peu d équipements pas de bouilloire, obligé de se laver les dents dans l évier de la cuisine chambre glaciale dure a chauffer literie très mauvaise ect.... Très cher par rapport a d autres locations sur Sedan

radiateur non fonctionnel, sauf au moment de mon départ, murs humides, pas d'isolation, pas d'aération, pas de tv, j'allumais les plaques de cuisine pour réchauffer la pièce, bref catastrophe..!!!
