The location is maybe 10 minutes walk from the train station. The host met me in the street to give me the key. It did not cost much and provided appropriate value for the money.

Locking the door was not easy, requires the right combination of skills and force. The host had shown it to me, but it was not easy to reproduce. Finding the light switch turned out to be rather difficult. After sleuthing for a felt eternity I noticed that a doorway had been bricked up behind the bed and that's where the light switch is still today. Looking a bit deeper into the corners revealed some cleaning deficits. When people walked in the street you could hear every word, but during the night it was quiet. This is an old stone building, so there is some smell and getting the temperature right can be challenging.
