Rien dutout n'est compris dans les cazi 300€ Personnel pas aimable dutout Équipements très minimaliste A menti sur l'annonce disant isoler alors que pas dutout Bruit très souvent même carrément pétard, chien qui hurle souvent, personne qui s'amuse à courir au dessus A absolument fuir il y a Vachement mieux pour très peux en plus.

- Réactivité du propriétaire pour nous guider à récupérer les clés dans le boîtier à clés pas très commode - Parking facile et gratuit - Pas de vis-à-vis - Vue agréable sur des espaces verts - A proximité du centre-ville (boulangeries, supermarchés, restos): 10-15 minutes à pied - Lit et canapé confortables - Bon équipement de cuisine
- Système de l'interphone qui n'a pas fonctionné pour accéder à l'hall d'entrée de l'immeuble: J'ai dû attendre qu'une personne ouvre la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. - Boîtier à clés pas très commode à manipuler - Absence de fixation pour les cintres - Volet coulissant extérieur détérioré - Fuite d'eau sous l'évier de la cuisine - Fuite d'eau au niveau du côté droit des WC - Abattant des toilettes complètement désolidarisé: Je l'ai démonté pour le refixer à la lunette des toilettes - Hygiène du meuble micro-ondes à corriger en profondeur
