Very quiet place, spacious, lovely lady that came to check twice if all is ok. Close to a beautiful castle & the nature parc @ Han-sur-Lesse
We got all the kitchen smell from the other guests, little investment will make big difference - a curtain & carpet in the bathroom, better bedding, secure the stairs which are a nightmare with small children (our mistake, this was visible on the pictures...). And emails in Dutch...

Was erg stressvol met deze verhuurster… En we kwamen voor rust…
Mooie omgeving…
De verhuurster was bijzonder onaangenaam & onbehulpzaam. Verwelkomde ons niet waardoor we niet wisten of we naar binnen konden. Toen ze uiteindelijk kwam begon ze meteen boos te doen over hoe we onze auto’s hadden geparkeerd, om daarna meteen boos te doen over onze honden ( terwijl in de Belvilla bericht uitdrukkelijk stond dat 2 huisdieren welkom waren ??) Toen wou ze meteen de borg hebben € 100 en bleef net zo lang zitten totdat we dat gehaald hadden terwijl we het huis al € 288 hadden vooruit betaald, maw. een beetje vertrouwen was wel op zijn plaats… ( Volgens Belvilla was geen borg nodig, geen schoonmaak kosten.. ) Bij het uitchecken ging ze door het huis op zoek naar wat dan ook… En terwijl we dus wel alles netjes hadden gemaakt… en weer klagen over onze honden terwijl de andere huurders ook honden hadden… Kregen uiteindelijk de borg terug… Heel onaangenaam en wonderlijk dat ze het verhuurt krijgt…

ondanks de tekortkomingen hebben we lekker vankantie gehad
we hebben goed kunnen slapen. Het huis was groot genoeg lekker warm water voor het bad. Het staat in een mooie omgeving waar je heerlijk unt wandelen
De douchekop werkte niet waardoor je niet kon douchen en de afzuigkap werkte niet dus vieze etenslucht blijft dan hangen in de woning. Er waren maar 2 diepe borden wat met een gezin gewoon te weinig is. De verwarming stond erg hoog en die is voor de huurder niet regelbaar. In de woning liggen keutels van ongedierte.
