Perfect studio apartment in safe, quiet area

Spacious, bright studio apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. Public transport very close by, easy free on-street parking. Convenient hypermarket (and laundromat) 10 min. walking distance. Clean and comfortable, with a small but very complete kitchen.

There should have been a bottle opener 😊

Un grand lit pas très confortable et des ustensiles de cuisine tout juste pour 2 personnes. Un peu léger.....

Je pense que nous retournerons dans cette location pour un prochain séjour

Emplacement un peu trop éloigné du centre de Charleville-Mézières mais calme avec stationnement facile Équipements fonctionnels et salles d'eau très propres

A cette saison, les couettes d'été étaient un peu légères. Il faudrait prévoir des couvertures d'appoint. Le logement en rez de chaussée avait qques odeurs d'eaux usées

La propreté de l'appartement et de l'immeuble, le calme ,sa proximité des transport en commun et du centre ville de Charleville . et la luminosité. La facilité pour se garer.

L'appartement est bien, grand, mais sans décor.. Je suggère d'y mettre quelques photos/tableaux afin de le rendre plus chaleureux, ainsi un tapis à l'entrée et devant la télé ! Pour la vaisselle, c'est un peu juste.. Il serait souhaitable d'y rajouter petites assiettes, bols et un peu plus de couverts et au moins un grand faitout.. La banquette est vraiment trop molle. Elle est vraiment inconfortable.

La propreté de l appartement et sa facilité d accès . Le personnel très sympathique et a l'écoute. J ai trouvé tout ce dont j avais besoin pour mon séjour . Je vous recommande ce logement

Spacieux propre.

Il faut absolument changer le matelas qui est creusée au milieu. Également, il faut revoir le système d’éclairage au premier étage là où se trouvait mon copain. L’éclairage ne réagit pas bien .sinon c’est parfait pour l’usage que nous voulions en faire puisque nous désirions être près du parc des expositions.

La localisation était sympa. Le logement était propre sans plus. Les indications pour accéder au logement était parfaite

La photo qui m'a décidé à louer l'appartement montrait un canapé, hors il n'y en avait pas. Je trouve déplorable d'utiliser une photo qui ne correspond pas au réel. Les équipements de cuisine étaient plus que limités. Il n'y avait pas de rideaux à la fenêtre principale donc aucune intimité si le volet n'était pas clos. Parlons du volet, où il est fermé ou il est ouvert je ne suis pas parvenue à obtenir une ouverture en demi ou au quart.
