Come and discover this cosy and comfortable studio, ideally located in the hypercentre of Charleville-Mézières, just a stone's throw from the Place Ducale and the Rimbaud Museum! This 23 m² pied-à-terre will be the ideal place for a getaway for two! You will have a bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed, a shower room, a small entrance to enjoy an outdoor lunch as well as a shared courtyard and garden. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Located on the 1st floor, accessible by an external staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a raised dining table that can accommodate 2 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bedroom area separated by a curtain with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
- A shower room with a shower, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a toilet.

Exterior:
- The entrance to the accommodation has a small balcony with a table and two chairs to enjoy a good meal outside!
- Below, very quiet and shared with the other residents, a garden and a courtyard with sunbeds and benches are at your disposal. The furniture is reserved for travellers.

In summer, let yourself be tempted by a musical interlude at the Cabaret Vert Festival or in mid-September, make a diversion to the World Puppet Festival for a convivial moment.
