Bien situé, parking facile et tout le confort nécéssaire
Peu d'équipements de cuisine, la douche un poil vétuste et la literie moyennement confortable.

Logement propre et fonctionnel, plutôt spacieux, décoration agréable. Un ventilateur mis à disposition. Stationnement facile à proximité. Commerces proches ( boulangerie et supermarché). Quelques minutes en voiture pour rejoindre le centre.
Odeur de cigarette dans la partie commune. Une paire de draps manquante pour le lit d'appoint ( problème en partie résolu après un échange téléphonique ).

Cet appartement est particulièrement grand, tout neuf, et fort bien équipé (surtout après avoir reçu le 2ème jour le code WiFi correspondant à la bonne Box + installation d'un répétiteur WiFi..). Très fonctionnel cette chambre séparée, qui permet d'isoler la partie séjour / cuisine du lieu de sommeil.
Une annonce faisant état d'une fausse adresse : soit 30 mn d'attente au téléphone sur le trottoir avant d'obtenir le bon numéro de la rue Victor Hugo (le N°17, et non pas le N°10). Ce logement est à déconseiller aux personnes à faible mobilité ou bien à des jeunes enfants, car l'escalier d’accès - particulièrement vertical - peut s'avérer dangereux en descente (Cf photo).
