Perfect starting location for trips in France and Belgium. Nice apartment for a good price.

Before arrival I received all the informations needed. Well equipped kitchen.

A Little bit small bed for us. Complicated entry by narrow stairs to the apartment with bags and the baby.

The location is right next to the Chateau Fort. Good communication with easy instructions to access keys. Quiet area - not much traffic. The space was very roomy and had all of the amenities. An excellent restaurant - L'Echiquier - right down the street.

The three flights of stairs, the last one fairly steep (we're in our 70s!).

Appartement très fonctionnel et très agréable. Facilité pour se garer. Visite du château : super. Commerces proches. Nous sommes allées à un des restaurants proposés et en sommes ravies.

Sollte ich noch einmal nach Sedan kommen, würde ich diese Unterkunft sofort wieder nehmen.

Gemütliche Unterkunft unter dem Dach, schöner Blick über die Stadt, es fehlte an nichts.

Der Tisch war für einen Esstisch recht klein, und die dazugehörigen Hocker waren nicht sonderlich gemütlich.

Très bon emplacement, nous avons pu tout faire à pied .

Loft très bien placé , Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible. Mention très bien à la technicienne de surface qui fait un travail remarquable, le loft était impeccable . Une literie du tonnerre. Pas de bruit

Bonne adresse pour visiter Sedan confortablement.

Proximité du centre-ville et du château Équipement très correct. Propreté.

La position de l’appartement, dans un toit, fait que les visions extérieures sont réduites : les velux permettent seulement d’observer le ciel (on peut apercevoir le château en sortant la tête…). L’accès final est très raide et ne convient pas à des personnes à mobilité diminuée, ce qui n’était pas notre cas.

Schnuckeliege Dach-Studiowohnung, zentral und sehr ruhig gelegen

Schnuckeliges Dach-Studio, sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Parkplatz anscheinend nur öffentlich auf dem Gehsteig vor der Tür (habe allerdings auch nicht dezidiert nachgefragt - und es waren viele Plätz frei an diesem Ostersonntagabend). Negativ möchte ich nichts bewerten - finde nur den Titel etwas zu marktschreierisch. Aber ansonsten in Ordnung. Und ja, man muß Treppen steigen, und am Schluß wird es sehr eng. Aber auch das war für mich kein Problem und auch bekannt.

L' appartement était bien équipé et très beau. Il est également bien placé, au pied du château. Le fonctionnement en autonomie était très bien.

J ai passé un séjour parfait. L appartement est propre, lumineux et bien équipé (vaisselle propre et non abîmé, sel, poivre, huile, gel douche, tablette de lave linge, ....). La télé et le Wi-Fi fonctionnent parfaitement. J ai particulièrement apprécié le petit plateau de bienvenue ! Je recommande et reviendrais avec plaisir !

Tout était parfait : logement neuf bien aménagé et équipé, spacieux et bien décoré. Nous avons apprécié notre court séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir le château de Sedan.
