L’emplacement, la vue sur le jardin
Manque de propreté, tapis taché et poussiéreux (rognures d’ongles !) de la moisissure dans la douche, vaisselle grasse, four non nettoyé, plinthes non aspirées. Pas de balai brosse ni de produit pour laver le sol. Le propriétaire contacté ne s’est pas déplacé lui-même. Le ménage n’a pas été bien fait.

La proximité du centre ville . Le studio est très agréable , calme , bien équipé , propre . Belle vue sur un magnifique jardin. Parking en sous sol très pratique .

Emplacement particulièrement central et parfaitement calme. Logement très confortable. Stationnement facile en sous sol moyennant paiement ou à proximité le soir et quelques rues plus loin, en dehors de la zone payante, la journée.

Lumineux, propre et bien situé.
Logement rénové, lumineux et très propre, bonne literie. L'appartement est bien situé à 5 mn à pied de la place Ducale (le parking dans les rues adjacentes est payant). L'entrée dans les lieux se fait de manière autonome. Nous n'avons pas rencontré l'hôte mais les informations reçues avant notre arrivée étaient claires et précises.
