There was a stain on the bedsheets, julien didn't respond to my messages, did not feel safe.

You just get what you pay for. Ok for a few hours of sleep
Beds were comfortable, late check in was easy.
Some construction works in the building, kitchen didn't look very good. Surrounding area was terrible, full of trash on the street. Hard to park the car nearby.

The room was quite big.
If your goal is to be closer to the airport and save some money... that is pointless. Taxis will still charge you 30 euros for a 10 minute ride. The room was big and the check in procedure easy, but that's about it. Not super clean, only one towel for a two guests booking. Bathroom on a different floor from room with no lights in the hallway. Very very basic for a not very basic price.

It was clean
Third stay and each time is worse. This stay: the front door was not locked at all. If you value feeling safe, you won't There was no light on the second floor, meant having to risk life and limb to go to the toilet at night. I had to use the torch on the phone and prop open the room door: see the picture I did message the owner about these things, and no reply
