Mon épouse et moi avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement. Il dispose d’un système d’accès sécurisé et présente de nombreuses qualités, notamment un excellent emplacement, une très bonne luminosité ainsi que des pièces bien agencées. Nous avons également été séduits par son environnement calme, propre et particulièrement reposant, qui en fait un cadre de vie très agréable.
Une mauvaise odeur qui dégageait au niveau de la douche du bas et les les ampoules dégagement qui ne donnaient pas bien.

Logement grand et parfaitement propre.
Manque de petits travaux d’entretien : 2 lampes de chevet cassées. La poignée des toilettes cassée. Pas de possibilité de fermer les Vélux car trop hauts.

L'endroit est accueillant et très bien agencé! Beaucoup de rangement. Très fonctionnel Calme
Le quartier était malpropre et il ne faisait pas impeccable niveau poussières..

La maison est agréable, bien équipée et le couchage est confortable. Nous y avons séjourné deux nuits et avons apprécié le calme ainsi que le cadre général du logement. Nous reviendrons.
Nous avons été surpris par la demande de caution après le règlement du logement, alors qu’il n’était plus possible d’annuler la réservation. Par ailleurs, le ménage n’était pas fait correctement à notre arrivée, ce qui est dommage au regard du standing attendu. Sans ça 9 sur 10.
