A cozy, warm and comfortable home away from home close to the centre of Charleroi. We had a good night rest, after our flight. The owner is very responsive and friendly! We recommend.

Really disappointing

Bed was really comfortable and the shower was gorgeous. However, unfortunately there were so many negative points that we wouldn't return.

Firstly, we only received our key collection details after the 3pm check in which in itself isn't acceptable. We were told that this was due to the cleaner being late but was then left a further message that it was due to maintenance work being carried out on the communal door. When we managed to gain access to the property, we were pleased with how clean it seemed but on further inspection, there was a lipstick stained glass and the plates were also dirty :( The apartment gets really warm so we would have appreciated a fan as there is no air conditioning. Also a couple of hooks in the bathroom for towels would have been helpful. However, this was all bearable compared to the nightly din from the club next door (if we were aware we would not have booked here). The music and noise is unbearable until about 4am (people seem to hang around outside arguing and fighting after this too) We had no sleep on the Friday and Saturday night due to this.

A truly value for money stay !!

Good communication with Martin was key to our arrival. We were at bit early for our check in time but Martin was very helpful in leading us the way to leave and store our bags so we could enjoy our day immediately.

Nice and cozy!

We were only there for 1 night, but we had a great stay, the apartment is very modern and cozy. The location was good for us because it was 5mins away from the train station.

Spotlessly clean apartment

The apartment was very clean/modern and contained everything we needed for the break away. The check-in process was hassle free, and an early check-in was accommodated with no issues. We really liked how accurate the pictures were. The apartment looked exactly like it did in the photographs. Martin even flung in a free upgrade, which was very kind!

Due to it being a key box check-in in we didn't see anyone on arrival to ask about clean towels/toilet roll, Wasing liquid, and bin bags. I was able to purchase most of these things to replace them. However, the continued rain and nowhere to wash and dry the 2 towels left for us for the duration of our stay was slightly inconvenient. I made the choice not to hassle the owner about this. However, I'm sure if I had contacted him, this would have been resolved. The location was brilliant for the train station and bus routes, although sometimes we didn't feel very safe walking around, particularly at night. The area has very little to do, and some areas are exceptionally run down. The apartment stairs aren't for the faint-hearted either - we were 3 stories up, and despite lots of no smoking signage, people had been evidently smoking a variety of things in the hallways.

Fabulous bright and airy apartment near Charleroi city centre and central station. Easy to access and very fast communication with the host. Excellent facilities in the flat for those who want to be self-sufficient. Would highly recommend.

Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge (sehr nahe zum Flughafen und Bahnhof). Gastgeber Martin war sehr freundlich und hat immer rasch auf Anfragen geantwortet. Kann man gerne weiterempfehlen !

Un séjour très confortable et chaleureux, parfaitement situé, avec une excellente literie

L’emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de la gare et du centre commercial de Charleroi. Le logement porte très bien son nom : vraiment cozy. La literie est incroyable, tout comme la salle de bain. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions : gel douche, shampoing, sèche-cheveux, serviettes, ainsi que le thé, les bonbons et le café mis à disposition

Les murs semblent assez fins, en journée on entend un peu les bruits. Il n’y a pas de parking gratuit, donc il faut payer pour se garer. Mais pas réellement un problème pour nous

Un séjour sans faute, confortable et facilité par la réactivité de Martin!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la réactivité de Martin, qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires avec clarté et rapidité. Le logement était très propre, calme, et nous avons même eu droit à un studio plus grand que prévu, ce qui a été une belle surprise. Un séjour vraiment agréable, rien à redire.

Je n'ai rien à suggérer, tout était parfaitement conforme à nos attentes!

Schoon, goed onderhouden, mooi opgeknapt, dichtbij de stad.

Niets in het bijzonder. Je moet wel van een lange trap houden, dus voor mensen slecht ter been geen aanrader.

Un appartement splendide et agréable.

L'appartement est très vaste et la décoration est jolie. J'ai adoré tout spécialement l'escalier en bois et la plateforme avec le grand lit. Les mansardes et les velux sont très classe! La salle de bain est sympa. Le canapé est immense et confortable. La douche à l'italienne est agréable avec sa cabine.

A mentionner l'accès sans ascenseur au quatrième... le propriétaire s'en est excusé, le site ne laisse pas la possibilité de l'indiquer... Pour le reste, ce sont des détails sans grande importance, le positif ressort vainqueur!

Studio très moderne et très confortable

Le beau volume et la superficie de ce studio. Très bien agencé et avec beaucoup de style et de goût. Très confortable avec une vue orientée S-O qui baignait de lumière à notre entrée. Aucun vis-à-vis Très bien équipé avec un climatiseur portatif très utile. De plus, notre hôte s'est montré très arrangeant à notre arrivée et nous a facilité notre aménagement suite à un accident musculaire de mon épouse.

Je cherche encore et je ne trouve aucun point négatif ... :( :( :(

Host cordiale, posizione strategica e appartamento perfetto

La struttura è in una posizione strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e dal centro commerciale Rive a Gauche, nonostante questo è in una zona molo tranquilla. Martin è stato un host fantastico che ci ha accontentato in ogni modo possibile. L'appartamento era pulito, bello e davvero accogliente, ci ritornerei immediatamente

Purtroppo era leggermente caldo ma essendo pieno ferragosto è comprensibile, pienamente risolvibile però mantenendo le finestre aperte e l'host ci ha fornito un ventilatore. La doccia ha una tendina e non una vera e propria porta che può risultare leggermente scomodo ma nulla di più

Le personnel était très bien et plutôt réactif, on demande quelque chose, on l'a le lendemain, proprio très sympa Il y a de quoi faire la cuisine, plaques, couverts, hotte , la douche est très agréable aussi et plutôt pratique, j'ajouterai peut être une serviette pour les cheveux On était plutôt bien, l'appart a une déco plutôt neutre, simple, cocon moderne Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment très bon On est bien mis, très proche de rive gauche et de la gare sans pour autant avoir le bruit qui va avec On a passé un bon moment la bas, posé sur le canapé devant Netflix c'était vraiment confortable

La porte des toilettes/ sdb et pas simple à ouvrir du tout Au dernier étage on entend les pigeons mais y a déjà des pic anti pigeon donc je penses pas que le proprio puisse faire plus, je préviens juste pour les gens qui ont besoin de calme / qui ne supportent pas le bruit. Les apparts se trouvent a côté d'une boîte de nuit (on a pas entendu tous les soirs mais 2 soirs) Une clim ce serai bien pour l'étage du haut pour avoir moins chaud mais c'est juste pour arriver au must
