We spent there 4 nights. Excellent base for the trips (Sedan, Charleville, Reims); silence and nature create the best possible conditions to rest in a really effective way. Garage and backyard with a barbecue equipment are big assets of that place. Very helpful host. Comfortable flat which has all the things which a family with two small children needs.

Comfortable and luxurious house and garden

Newly renovated, clean and spacious house with private garage and all amenities. We were able to charge our electric car in the garage, and paid extra for the used kWh.

The host retained a photo ID as guarantee. As a traveler in a foreign country you are normally required to have your ID with you at all times, so I don't think it's normal for a host to keep your ID. In all our travels over the years this is the first time this happens. But otherwise the host was very friendly and we did not have any issues.

self catering amazing facility even BBQ very comfortable everything you could need even beer and pancakes as a welcome very friendly owners

had to phone owner to get key but number on booking did not work tried the numbers on advert by bfront door and then spoke to someone and after 2 15 minutes someone v came recommend they have another means of getting keys as i had a uk phone and could not reach them on it and needed help

Wonderful place, environment and friendly owner.

Overall very good organised and clean place. All needed information for a good vacation were there. The owner is very friendly and the environment is very quite.

The lonely issue is the coverage of the GSM network. But just a couple of 100 meters it works again. With Wifi is that not really an issue and good for a good relaxed stay ;)

Extraordinaire !

Tout était parfait ! L'accueil de Joe, la maison, le jardin, la salle de bains etc... À noter qu'il y a un garage immense, très propre, avec une porte automatisée : le rêve pour décharger la voiture quand on arrive ! Nos petits-enfants ont apprécié le baby-foot et les jeux mis à disposition. À savoir : l'accès à la chambre de 3 lits se fait via la chambre au lit double. Il fait très calme dans le gîte, dans le jardin, et même dans la rue. Idéal pour se reposer après de merveilleuses visites dans les Ardennes. Adresse formidable, merci la Joe !

Séjour agréable pour un prix compétitif

La propriétaire nous attendait à notre arrivée. Elle nous a fait visiter la maison et nous a offert un cadeau de bienvenue. Le lit bébé était déjà prêt, et nous avons pu utiliser la baignoire et la table à langer. La maison est spacieuse, propre et bien équipée, et il y a une grande garage (pas de problème pour une grande voiture). C'est un quartier calme et peu de traffic. Nous avons pu recharger notre voiture électrique dans le garage. Attention: il s'agit d'une prise domestique, prévoyez donc un chargeur portable. Location est près de Sédan, il y a un E.Leclerc à 6,5 km de la maison.

Chez la Joe

Cette maison est parfaite, salle de bains spacieuse, petite cour pour barbecue, babyfoot, etc. L'accueil est chaleureux, la dame est sympathique et nous a bien conseillé sur le choix des activités. L'endroit est aussi calme que propre, à quelques km de Sedan. Bref, le séjour nous a beaucoup plu.

Nous avons aimée le confort de la maison un vrai petit havre de paix en mode cocooning comme à la maison tous est très bien de la literie aux différents équipements et jeux pour les enfants tout est parfait ne pas hésiter réserver !!! Le plus le baby foot les enfant ont adoré l’accueil très sympathique avec des petites choses pour notre arrivée.

Rien mis à part le raiseau faible mais avec la wifi ça passe pas de soucis

Petit coin de paradis

La maison est située au calme avec vue buccolique depuis la terrasse, la maison est très coquette et douillette, les équipements largement fournis, rien ne manque, au contraire, nous avons été comblés de petites attentions partout ( petite collation d’accueil, coin lecture, coin informations, coin jeux ...) Le gîte " Chez la Joe " mérite d’être largement connu pour ses prestations, bonheur assuré ! Bravo et merci !!!

Acceuil et séjour parfait

La dame nous a très bien accueillis malgré notre heure tardive d'arrivée. Le logement est très propre et confortable, tous l'équipement nécessaire est présent. L'endroit est calme et apaisant. Nous avons passé un super et agréable séjour. Une chose est sûre nous reviendrons ☺️ Je vous recommande "chez la Joe" a 100% Merci encore a vous pour votre accueil et votre attention ☺️

Alles was compleet. Leuke ontvangst met zelfgemaakte crêpes, appelsap en een lokaal biertje. Super inpandige garage. Helaas was de woning niet te koop.

Un séjour très reposant et très ressourçant !!!

Le gîte est très confortable, très douillet, on se sent vraiment chez soi. Tout l'aménagement a été parfaitement conçu, l'équipement est moderne et fonctionnel, le cadre est absolument magnifique aux alentours et c'est très calme et en même temps très proche des commerces si besoin.

Impossible pour nous d'émettre la moindre critique. tout a été vraiment parfait !!! Il y a plus d'informations, plein d'idées de balades aux alentours... Nous sommes venus à 5 et nous avions beaucoup d'espace. Le baby-foot est génial ! La salle de bain est super, le salon est très doux et la cuisine est très fonctionnelle. Nous sommes déjà revenus et nous reviendrons dans ce gîte l'année prochaine. Et nous sommes très difficiles.

Le bonheur

Chez la Joe c'est le bonheur. Un accueil chaleureux. Des petites attentions à notre arrivée, un logement impeccable , rien ne manque. Il y a même un super baby foot pour les enfants et les parents. Un grand garage pour la voiture. Proche de Sedan, le château fort est à visiter, Bouillon, Orval ... Nous reviendrons cet été sans aucun doute; A bientôt Joe
