Semi-detached house, completely renovated in a quiet village on land of 600 m² (orchard, swing). Ground floor: living room with lounge area (TV, DVD player, insert) and fitted kitchen area (microwave, freezer). WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom. (1 double bed, bathroom), 1 bedroom. (1 double bed), shower room. WC. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom. (1 double bed), relaxation area on the mezzanine. Childcare equipment. Storage room for bicycles. Only 1 small animal accepted. Electric heating included within the limit of 200 kw / week. Wooden box (1/3 of a cubic meter) 10 euros. Cleaning option € 45, if animal € 60. Golf des Poursaudes 7 km. Bairon Lake 13 km. Woinic 17 km. Charleville Mézières 25 km. Belgium 40 km. A peaceful haven in the heart of the Ardennes.
