The apprtment is the 5th floor of of an old, neglected building. The furniture is old as well and the stairs crank.

The apartment is very good but not during the winter!
The apartment is very spacious and close to the fortified castle. The parking on the street is free and there are many available places. The kitchen is well equiped.
It was very cold because the apartment has a huge open space and the heating devices are not enough. In the bathroom also was very cold, no way to take a shower without freezing.

Séjour du 29 décembre et 2 janvier en famille
Niveau emplacement : à côté du château et près du centre ville. Facile d' accès et facile pour se garer. Niveau logement : Appartement spacieux idéal pour une famille de 6, cuisine, salon et chambres spacieuses Linge de lit / serviettes de bain propres et qui sentent bon! Frigo et électroménager très propre, wifi parfait, Appartement décoré avec goût. Petit plus pour la fausse cheminée qui a été très appréciée
Niveau emplacement : nous sommes dans le vieux Sedan et on va pas se mentir ça envoie pas du rêve le quartier et la cage d' escalier font peur Niveau logement : Manque un peu de matériel (aspi, lave linge, piles de rechange pour les télécommandes des tv (en panne pour nous). Tout ce matériel peut être utile lorsque l' on vient avec des enfants Trop de poussière dans les chambres, attention aux allergiques Les pièces sont assez sombres avec un éclairage tamisé il faut aimer. Douche sans pommeau seulement le plafonnier & beaucoup de tartre Les deux Wc ne ferment pas à clé. En famille ça va mais si vous venez avec des amis pensez à prévenir lorsque vous utilisez les toilettes 😉 Sinon logement très convenable niveau tarif et hôte réactif

Très spacieux, clair. De grandes pièces y compris les chambres
Il faudrait indiquer que les chambres sont à l étage car l escalier est très raide sans main courante. Dur dur pour mon père de 85 ans. La cage d escalier de l immeuble fait peur. Heureusement que l appartement est moderne mais ça fait peur quand on monte
