Beautiful flat. Good location to discover the city of Givet
The flat really conforms to the photos; nicely furnished/decorated and well equipped. 4 full bedrooms, with good beds and quiet nights. The building is located opposite a large free parking, so that is not a problem. The surrounding streets look a bit neglected, but the inside of the house is the absolute opposite. Givet itself is a nice location for a few days with friends, walks and a restaurant/drink.
flat: very few to no issues (the sofa was a bit outdated) location: the first look of the town isn't always the most charming. Could be a bit fresher/cleaner.

Nice appartement
Very nice and clean, good showers, well equipped kitchen. Very good location and friendly reception. Too much small flaws to be perfect, but overall a very nice appartement.
After the booking was made we were told there was a 70 eur fee for cleaning, sheets & tourist tax. which is not mentioned on booking.com. Don’t know if that’s even legal, since there is no mention of this before buying. Could be booking.com’s fault, or the owner. The owner agreed to half this price after we told we would clean ourselves, which we did. Anyhow, we had a very pleasant stay.

Le style industriel, un bel espace et très propre
La terrasse n’est pas dans la continuité de l’appartement, je l’avais lu en commentaire donc oas de surprise.. par contre la seule fois où nous avons descendu l’apéro, plaisir gâché par les guêpes ( nid derrière l’habillage bois) Il y a fait très chaud au début donc très très chaud dans l’appartement sous les toits.
