Perfection

Spacious, we’re a family of 4 and we love the space in this apartment, potentially space for 8 to sleep, 4 is really comfortable. The pool is a great place to cool off and it’s a short walk to the lake and great coffee from Bar Oasi . We visited the connected Spluga pizzeria this time and the pizza was fantastic, up market pizza, so worth a try. A short drive away is the best supermarket I’ve ever been in (iperal, part of a bigger shopping centre).

Great village location close to the lake

Beautiful location, in a busy little village but walking distance from the lake. The terrace looking over the mountains was great and the pool was lovely.

There are loud bells at the church nearby but we got used to them!

We could hear loud music one of the nights (Friday or Saturday), but the rest of the week was quiet. The children did not wake up, so it did not affect them at all.

Fantastic stay, great value.

good kitchen (with dishwasher!), excellent location (5min to the lake and 3min to the local, inexpensive grocery , Bar and Pizzeria in even shorter distance). Large balcony with morning sun and Mountain View - perfect for breakfast.

Lovely apartment, comune and lake. Would recommend!

Sorico may be at the northern tip of the lake and seem quite far on the map but is easily and quickly accessible because of the dual carriageway that runs up the east side of the lake past Lecco. I don't know know if it extends much further past Sorico because we were told the road was partially closed on the western side after some fierce storms before we arrived. The apartment was great, clean and spacious and well equipped. Didn't get a chance to try the pool as were only there 3 nights/2 days. A fair price too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

A washing machine inside the apaprtment itself would be much appreciated. Some useful necessities for those arriving late with no local shops open would also be very handy such as soap and washing up liquid.

Rauhallinen ja kaunis paikka lomailemiseen koko perheelle.

Huoneistossa oli paljon tilaa ja iso parveke. Allas oli todella hyvä ja siisti, lapset pitivät paljon siitä! Altaalla oli myös suihku ja aurinkotuoleja. Ihan huippua oli pyykinpesukoneet jotka oli vapaasti asukkaisen käytettävissä, sekä parkkihalli jonne sai auton piiloon auringonpaahteelta. Paikan pizzeria todella hyvä! Nurkan takana oli pieni kauppa jossa ihana henkilökunta ja sieltä sai lähes kaiken mitä tarvitsimme. Vieressä myös leipomo josta sai tuoreet leivät aamupalalle. Lyhyt matka rantaan, jossa ihanat kävelyreitit pitkälle.

Huoneiston kalustus ja sisustus oli jo vanhaa ja kulunutta.

Disponibilité, réactivité de l'hôte, et petites attentions inopinées (petits cadeaux de bienvenue et aussi au retour de certaines journées (2 fois sur 1 semaine de présence)). Possibilité, en étant véhiculé, d'accéder à tous les points principaux du lac en moins d'1h15 (est, ouest, même Bellagio sans ferry). Les pizzas de l'hôte (juste à traverser la rue, sur place ou à emporter), créatives, originales, vraiment démentes, les meilleures que j'ai vues et goûtées à ce jour (la pizzeria fait l'objet de distinctions nationales depuis au moins 2022)

S'il faut citer une chose, il manque juste un four dans le logement, mais c'est vraiment anecdotique pour nous avons facilement géré sans, d'autant que c'était précisé dans l'annonce.

Het was een fijne locatie, heel dichtbij een prima restaurant en ook dichtbij het Comomeer (loopafstand). Fijn dat er een keukentje was met koelkast

Super. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit wunderschönen Bergblick und Balkon. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und zweckmäßig. Aber es gab auch liebevolle Details mit Pflanzen auf dem Tisch und Balkonkästen. Auch der Tiefgaragenplatz ist bei dem Parkplatzmangel in den Ortschaften Gold wert! Tolle Unterkunft mit guter Lage und kurzen Wegen zum Einkaufen, Essengehen, Busanbindung und Strand.

Einzig negativer Punkt ist, dass bei offenen Balkontüren die nicht allzuweit entfernte Straße zu hören ist.

Toller Kurztrip mit Kids und Hund

Eine sehr schöne gepflegte Unterkunft/Anlage mit sauberen Pool und einer Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung an sich hatte alles was man braucht sehr geräumig und vorallem mit Hund erlaubt. Die paar Spinnennetze und Ameisen auf der Terrasse haben unseren Kurztrip nicht beeinflusst. Wenige Meter zum See und toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Im Grunde nichts, man sollte sich einfach mit dem zufrieden geben was man hat. Fliegennetze und ein Staubsauger haben gefehlt aber dann kehrt man kurz durch und schaut das keine Fliegen rein kommen. 🤣

Sehr gute Lage, um die West- und Ostküste des Comer Sees zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Hunde sind willkommen. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich bestens um seine Gäste.

Excellent séjour

L’appartement était parfait : propre, bien aménagé, avec une belle terrasse et une belle piscine. Le personnel était très sympathique. Sorico est un charmant petit village, et il y a plein d'autres villages magnifiques à découvrir aux alentours. Mention spéciale au restaurant. Alfio prépare de délicieuses pizzas — nous y avons mangé plusieurs fois avec plaisir. Un séjour que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und es war alles da was man braucht. Die Anlage war sehr schön und sauber. Die Pizza war sehr sehr lecker.

Es war relativ laut mit der Straße und der Kirche aber das ist eher ein Problem wenn man es sehr ruhig gewohnt ist.

Celkově je místo fantastické, klidné na pěkném místě.

Lokalita je skvělá na koupání i cestování po okolí, doporučuji se projet Bernini expressem - vlakem po Švýcarských Alpách, skvělý zážitek s cílovou stanicí St. Moritz. Hostitel byl skvělý, vše bylo připraveno i když jsme přijeli pozdě v noci. Apartmán je prostorný, čistý, bazén čistí každý den. Kuchyň je velmi dobře vybavena včetně myčky a tablet do myčky a kávovaru Nespresso s tabletami. V el. zásuvkách jsou připraveny adaptéry pro komfort. Velké ocenění je za garáž, kde máte své parkovací místo. V garáži je k dispozici pračka včetně pracího prostředku, kde si pohodlně vyperete. Sušák je připraven na terase. Skvělá pizza v Pizzerii, 2min od apartmánu. Krásná cyklostezka podél jezera Como i na procházky s pejskem. Moc jsme si to užily. Michaela a Renata, Praha

Překvapením pro nás byla zvonice, která aktivně zvoní pravidelně a někdy to ruší v 7h ráno. V kuchyni by mohlo být více hrnků na čaj a kávu, když máte myčku, tak přeci jenom nemyjete 4 hrnky pořád dokola. Wi-fi připojení je slabší a občas vypadává, tak je dobrý s tím počítat.
