Perfect scenic location with spacious room. Our kid loved to play in the garden. Good breakfast however we could not enjoy breakfast outside due to cold/rainy weather. Restaurants and bars are walkable distance. Owner helped us with all the information and was super nice. You can walk to the lake in 2-3 mins.
Google map shows slightly wrong location, it drops you to house next to this one. Wi-fi was almost not working or working at very slow speed.

The host was very kind and made an AMAZING breakfast. I felt so spoiled walking out to a place setting with a bunch of food options! He was kind and helpful when I needed help calling a taxi too.
The view from the window was also amazing!
The location was terrible! It was in Sorico (I mistakenly bought a train ticket to Como so getting there was a mess). But since I didn’t have a car, getting around was terrible. Busses run every 30 minutes, but they’re consistently late and taxis don’t run certain hours. So after a 2.5h walk to Colico for dinner, I couldn’t find a way home!
Additionally the bed is very worn. It has two divets where people sleep.. the mattress simply needs to be replaced.
The temperature wasn’t up to our control. There was an AC unit in the room but no remote. I was hot at night.
