Nice host, but terrible location

The host was very kind and made an AMAZING breakfast. I felt so spoiled walking out to a place setting with a bunch of food options! He was kind and helpful when I needed help calling a taxi too. The view from the window was also amazing!

The location was terrible! It was in Sorico (I mistakenly bought a train ticket to Como so getting there was a mess). But since I didn’t have a car, getting around was terrible. Busses run every 30 minutes, but they’re consistently late and taxis don’t run certain hours. So after a 2.5h walk to Colico for dinner, I couldn’t find a way home! Additionally the bed is very worn. It has two divets where people sleep.. the mattress simply needs to be replaced. The temperature wasn’t up to our control. There was an AC unit in the room but no remote. I was hot at night.

Perfect scenic location with spacious room. Our kid loved to play in the garden. Good breakfast however we could not enjoy breakfast outside due to cold/rainy weather. Restaurants and bars are walkable distance. Owner helped us with all the information and was super nice. You can walk to the lake in 2-3 mins.

Google map shows slightly wrong location, it drops you to house next to this one. Wi-fi was almost not working or working at very slow speed.

Excellent accommodation

A good place to stay, although further from the larger settlements, arriving with a car is no problem. Easy and quick access to various places around the lake, good location in the region. Outdoor furniture and a quiet environment separated from the town. Well equipped house, wonderful very filling varied breakfast. In addition to traditional French sweets, there were ham, sausages, and cheeses. Rooms are spacious, good bathroom. The host is very friendly, speaks English perfectly, many good tips. Highly recommend, especially for a few days or a week. We got a great room with great views from a small window to the lake and the mountains. I also recommend the fantastic pizzeria SPLUGA.

Big well planned and clean family room (we were 2 adults and 2 children 12 and 15) private parking included. Breakfast is good too, and since the weather was good it was served in their private garden. The views by the lake (1 minute walk) from the premises are spectacular and there’s plenty where to walk. Good restaurants in the area.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. A good location within walking distance to a number of cafes and restaurants. It was nice to be able to walk to the lake through the back gate. They provided a wonderful breakfast in the garden.

A gem facing Lake Como

We loved the scenario, 1 minute walking to the lake and with wonderful landscapes. The hosts were amazing with a very warm welcome, their home was marvellous and our room very comfortable. We also enjoyed the abundant breakfast with high quality food. We truly recommend it

Best of the best B&Bs in the world. Seriously! Comfy, clean, big room. Yes, its little basic - not modern, but thats not what I was there for. Location is great and views from the garden are outstanding. Owner is the best owners you can meet - EVER. Always attentive, helpful, but never anoying or bothering. Breakfast was outstanding with great home-made cake, fresh bakery, salami, cheeses... and cofee to die for. This was trully a home away from home experience. Will visit again for SURE!

The room was very specious, the view was amazing and the host was always nice and ready to help. Breakfast was great.

Beautiful BnB set with in touching distance of the lake, spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was plentiful and beautifully served in the garden. The hosts are friendly and really helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous and comprehensive breakfast. Fantastic jam and the salami was a dream. Coffee was also very good. The host even considered my wish for soy milk as I´m lactose intolerant.
