View, view and one more time view was amazing!

Very nice location with fantastic view! Host was very pleasant and nice. It was easy to contact host, they are living on the top floor in house. BBQ complimentary without any extra charge 👍🏻. Sun beds at the pool was so nice. Pool is big and nice 😊 and very clean!! Our apartment was with dishwasher, not all apartments are equipped with it. Terrace is big and you can have all meals outside with beautiful view ☺️.🇮🇹

It is not to be negative, but host can do better: We were sleeping in kitchen 🫣 Bed was horrible, springs in bed like guitar 🎸 playing, if you move during nighttime. All kitchen equipment is poor quality in general. You have a feeling that bought everything cheapest from shop. Only 2 big knives 🔪. It would be nice more glasses for water and wine. As well forks and knives, plates for eating. Otherwise you need to run dishwasher constantly.(we were 5 persons) Internet connection was not existent at all. We were using our data/roaming connection all time. I would add not WiFi coverage in house! We were staying 6 days in property. I wish all the best to this family business.

Beautiful views and great hosts

It was a fantastic base and the host were very kind, even replacing our wine when we accidently smashed it upon arrival.

The only thing is that you have to drive everywhere. There is a path but its very steep. The surrounding areas are amazing so if you don't mind driving, it's perfect.

Probably best of Lake Como in your imaginary second home

First thought it says it all - feels like at HOME! Beautiful surroundings, massive terrace facing South East-South to have meals for the whole group, scenic for sunrise coffee or sunset dinks, decent size heated pool with retractable roof, BBQ area with table for 8. Church bells remind you of remote village atmosphere. Host lives in the loft apartment - has been right there to assist you of anything you would need, reachable immediately via internet chat, phone or in person. If you're an active/thrill seeking person - at least 1hr hike up the mounting via narrow streets for hamlets, cobbled mountain bike trails via dense forest to reach meadows on the top of the hill, overviewing whole northern part of lake and valley disappearing into Swiss mountains. Bus stop is 200m down the steep hill, nearest groceries shop is 2km away - would strongly suggest to have a car. Taxi service is almost non existent as everybody just enjoy their life and don't need to rush anywhere!

Regrets, that we stayed only 4 nights.

Exceptional

Amazing place and views! It’s a little away from the “action” but very relaxing and the kids loved the pool. Plenty of room four our family of six. Balcony has incredible views, in fact the views are great wherever you look. Daniela and Gabriele are great hosts and very friendly. We would love to just hang out with them and have wine. They maintain the place immaculately and If you are looking for a “get away” this place is perfect! We would love to come back!

My wife did not like the winding roads and blind spots in the road to get to the apartment but I don’t mind the drive. A minor quibble is that it lacks in basic cooking spices like salt, pepper and sugar, but that’s easily remedied with a trip to grocery store nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at casa Rosa! The house has a fabulous view, great swimming pool and barbecue and is located in a very beautiful place! The house was clean and the owners very nice and welcoming!

Pool very good. Garden area very good. View fantastic. Barbecue - good, but could be better. It was nice to have parking near the house in close territory.

Internet - not stable, it is not possible to use it in every day. Please fix it. Residence is far from city. It is not possible to visit this area without car. There is no washing machine and dishwasher. Rooms - very simple, need more lighting.

Allt! Lägenheten. Läget. Poolen. Den magiska utsikten. Den stora balkongen. Och så klart, det fina bemötandet och hjälpsamheten! Fullträff på i stort sett alla punkter.

Vi tyckte om allt! Lite lurig parkering, men det är en naturlig följd av läget.

Leuk plek om te genieten van een prachtig uitzicht

Prachtige uitzicht, lekker schoon appartement met airco in de zitkamer/bedbank (niet de slaapkamer). Leuk zwembad wel een beetje koud . Weet niet of het altijd zo is. Handig naar dorp toe met veel keuze in uiteten. Wel goed om te weten, de weg ernaartoe is een klein kronkelige weg. Zeker af en toe spannend maar gewoon toeteren als je twijfelt haha.

We waren maar 4 dagen hier. Dat was ons enige nadeel 😁

- extrem hellhörig. Über den zwei kleineren Apartments (in einem davon waren wir) ist ein 8 Personen Apartment, wo zu unserer Zeit eine siebenköpfige Familie weilte. Man hörte fast alles. Das haben wir als über das normale Maß störend empfunden und entsprechend mit Oropax schlafen müssen - Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein (Spülmaschine, mehr als 4 Teller/Gläser/Becher etc.) - Einrichtung im Stile Gelsenkirchener Barock könnte mal einen modernen Fresh Up vertragen. Nichts desto trotz alles sauber - WLAN relativ instabil

Traumhafte Lage und aufmerksame immer erreichbare Vermieterin

Traumhafte Lage mit tollem Blick auf den See. Sehr freundliche und jederzeit erreichbare Vermieterin. Schöner sauberer Pool. Toller Balkon bzw. Terasse zum Frühstücken. Mit dem Fahrrad etwas schwer zu erreichen da das Haus doch recht hoch im Berg liegt. Dadurch hat man aber auch diesen tollen Blick auf den See, das haben wir gerne in Kauf genommen.

Prachtig appartement met geweldig uitzicht over het Comomeer. Het appartement was hygiënisch en beschikte over alles wat je nodig hebt. Gastvrouw Daniela is super vriendelijk en reageert heel snel op je vragen.
