Spectacular marsh, waterway and ocean views! Screened porch, front and back decks with rockers and other chairs. Light and airy home with beach access one house away. Watch the sailboats and yachts pass by on the waterway gazing past the Egrets perched in the marsh. At sunrise and sunset, take in the fabulous views from the rooftop perch. Four bedrooms (one on the main level), three baths (one on the main level), TV's, expanded cable, WIFI, washer/dryer, enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower.
