This is an up/down duplex allowing for the preferred convenience of one level living, with this top level unit having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Rent this unit, or for the perfect large family gathering, combine this unit with our other lower unit, VRBO #474865 listing, for a total of 8 BEDROOMS.
There are five TVs, and high speed WiFi! The living room has a large flat screen TV with premium cable service and a DVD (Blu Ray) player. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV streaming Netflix. The kids and teenagers will enjoy the bunk/futon bedroom configuration, especially when they can retreat to their own room which also has a DVD (Blue Ray) player. Make sure you keep one of the two beautiful ocean front bedrooms for yourself.
This unit has a full length front deck with marsh views, and a full length oceanfront back deck, so you can enjoy all that Holden Beach has to offer. A boardwalk right from your back deck takes you over the dunes to the ocean’s edge. You can also relax in the open air ground level common area where you will find casual wicker furniture and a charcoal grill. ENJOY!

House was wonderful, clean and overlooking the ocean. Hosts were very kind and what a wonderful surprise that they left a welcome gift for our family. Kitchen was fully stocked. It was peaceful and quiet, just what we were looking for.

Incredible, unobstructed view of Holden Beach! A few steps and you are on the sand. Home had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and great living room with seating for our entire family. Hope to return!
