The lower level features a fully stocked kitchen with an island for additional seating, all-new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, and a farmhouse sink. New LVT flooring runs throughout the home (excluding bathrooms). The dining area seats up to six guests and flows into a cozy living area, all overlooking the beautiful ocean views.
On the lower level, Bedroom 1 is a spacious bunk room perfect for younger guests and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2, which features a queen bed. Bedroom 3 also offers a queen bed and shares a full bath. Upstairs, the primary master suite includes a king bed, private bathroom, and a small desk—perfect for remote work or planning the day's adventures. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs for your streaming needs.
Step outside onto the lower-level oceanfront deck to enjoy stunning views, plenty of rocking chairs, and a sundeck for those who want to soak up the sun. A short walk takes you directly to the beach, complete with additional seating and a convenient foot shower.
