Updates for Spring 2025 includes flooring, furniture and TV's. Great Dune Home with private pool! This 4-bedroom, 3 and 1/2 bath home (sleeps 10) is perfect for your family's beach vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, TVs are streaming only, DVD, WIFI. Home has washer and dryer for guest use. All four bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. In addition to the private pool, outdoor amenities include front and back decks with chairs/rockers, grill, picnic table, and an enclosed shower with hot and cold water. Beach Access between 1071 & 1073 OBW.
Bed linens provided (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly rentals. No Towels provided can be rented.
Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owners bring their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property.
