Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a private fenced in pool area. Great family home with covered front and back porches. Enjoy your pool time with a lovely outdoor sitting area (Pool heater with surcharge). Short walk to the beach. Great place to spend quality time with your friends and family as well as your fur babies. Home includes amenities such as a High chair, Pack N Play, outdoor bar and guest storage with full bathroom including a shower (this is a 3rd full bath), dog kennel and more. Pet-friendly with payment of pet fee. Home does not have a dishwasher.
Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only), Towels and Bath Mats are provided for Weekly Rentals only.
****Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***
