Holden Pattern is a beautiful four-bedroom, two-bath home featuring a private, fenced-in pool area—an ideal retreat for families, friends, and four-legged companions. Covered front and back porches provide inviting spaces to relax, while the pool area includes a comfortable outdoor sitting space for soaking up the coastal sunshine.
Located just a short walk from the beach, this home is perfect for making lasting memories together. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair, Pack 'n Play, outdoor bar, and a guest storage area with a full bathroom and shower (serving as a third full bath). Additional features include a dog kennel and thoughtful extras designed for convenience and comfort. Please note: this home does not have a dishwasher.
The pool may be heated with advance notice for an additional fee.
Pet-friendly with payment of pet fee. Two dogs are allowed; additional fees may apply.
For weekly rentals, bed linens (for bedroom beds only), towels, and bath mats are provided.
Pool Heating Information:
Pool heating is available with advance notice for an additional fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F and can maintain a temperature approximately 8–10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate when the outside temperature is below 55°F and are not available June through August. Please call for details.

Pictures look great on the website but not in person. A deep cleaning is in need especially after the busy season as cleanliness of the home was questionable along with the uneven floors and moving tiles in bathroom floors. Without notice from the company I got a knock at the door asking if repairs could be made. Do that on someone else’s time besides a renters and if you really need to get it done then at least notify your renter as a courtesy. As a woman with two young kids whose husband was not present when someone knocked on the door I was startled and taken back. It was not appreciated and I will not rent from this company much less this home again.
