Bed mattress covers were stained on all beds, living Room Furniture was old and stained, Walls were filthy with handprints in many areas, There was dried snott on the walls in the room with the bunk beds.. overall, the place was icky and I've rented houses every year for many years.
No issues with bathrooms, Floor was swept (but not under beds) , Kitchen was clean..
