About this house rental
A Summer Place has it all…private pool, hot tub, game room, two dens, and enclosed parking. This up to date five bedroom, five bath oceanfront beach house sleeps 14 and is full of surprises that makes it one of the best values on the beach. It's modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, under counter ice maker, and a custom dining table. Fresh linens and start up supplies are provided with each rental. During the summer months, beds will be made and towel sets provided for each guest. Can't beat that! A spacious ocean side deck has rocking chairs to enjoy the best views on the beach. It's private pool area provides a perfect place for family picnics, sunbathing, for the kids to enjoy the water away from the beach or to just relax under the palm trees. If you're looking for A Summer Place to enjoy authentic seaside living, you've found it!
