Upstairs, a cozy oceanfront sitting area with a TV and a selection of books leads to a covered porch for enjoying refreshing sea breezes. Four additional bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, offer comfort and space for everyone. Recent updates include luxurious vinyl tile and carpeting throughout the home.
Outside, the expansive 240-square-foot gated lower deck is perfect for sunbathing or a barbecue with the provided charcoal grill. This pet-friendly home allows up to two dogs (additional pet fees may apply), so the whole family can join in the fun. An enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower makes post-beach cleanup effortless.
