Great hosts, great location right on the canal, great value!

Great price, nice clean and tidy, quiet location been twice now. The staff/owners were absolutely fantastic as on 30th dec the eurotunnel suspended all crossings so had to divert too get the ferry thus making us really late for checking in but they allowed us to check in later once reception had shut by giving us a code to get into the premises front door and our room keys and relevant info were all in an envelope for us giving us a huge sigh of relief.new will definitely be back!

The only slight small issue was it could do with some proper pillows but that really is the only thing.

Perfect one night stay near Bruges

It’s well located if you are driving. Next to a canal and a beautiful forest with a back road that takes you all the way to Bruges. Rooms are clean and silent , bathroom has a good size and the staff is super friendly. It’s the perfect place for a couple to spend the night when visiting the region. Free parking is available.

100% satisfied and exceeded expectations

Had a great stay at the hotel De Vaart. A perfect location for our cycling break right on top of the Damme canal that links Brugge to Holland. Rudy and the team are fantastic hosts and we were made to feel very welcome. A great selection of beers on offer for post ride socialising and all very well priced. Breakfast was extensive and just what was needed to set you up for the day. The rooms are perfect for a cycling break and i had one of the best nights sleep i've had in a while add to that onsite secure cycle parking and what more can you ask for on a cycling break. I would defiantly stay again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family....5 stars all-round.

The room was big, easy check in even at a late time, it is good location for sluis, knokke and brugge. Nice clean bathroom.

The room had a strange smell, almost like cigarettes but maybe it was the carpet. It was so strong that we struggled to sleep. But perhaps you get used to it.. otherwise it was all good!

Don't expect too much, but it's okay

The hotel is relatively close to Brügge, IF you have a car with you. The aquarium is beautiful.

The hotel is not that easy to find and the streets around it are no the the kind you easily drive. The room was preeetty small. No ascensor, so you'll have to carry your bags up the stairs.

Feels like home. Hotel is very nice and cozy. It is located not far from Knokke but in a very idyllic position along a small canal. Room was spacious and confortable. Breakfast was perfect.

Super hotel with a home away from home feeling,very clean.The owner is super friendly en helpful 24/7 en the breakfast is Top niveau .I would recommend this hotel to anyone who looking for a combination of nature /biking en sea vacay. Zeker een aanrader .

Hele vriendelijke eigenares en ober. Lekker, verzorgd ontbijt met verse broodjes en vers fruit. Heerlijke koffie. Basic kamer maar net en correct prijs-kwaliteit.

De bedden schuiven uit elkaar. Synthetisch beddengoed, dat is jammer.

Gezellig kleinschalig hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Fijne kamer met heerlijke bedden. Uitstekend ontbijt met vers gebakken eitje. Dicht in de buurt van Brugge, waar we de kerstmarkt hebben bezocht.

Hotel was perfect gelegen op de GR5A Mooie kamer met propere badkamer Behulpzaam personeel, lekkere theetjes Een aquarium met prachtige vissen erin !!

Bel établissement très propre mais le bruit 🥴et le déjeuner bon mais le prix fortement exagéré.

La literie et la propreté de la chambre. La possibilité d’arriver bien plus tard que l’heure de l’enregistrement .

Le bruit de la grand route ( obligé de fermer les fenêtres ou mettre des boules Quies, donc ceux qui ne les supportent pas 🥴)la mauvaise insonorisation ( on entendait bien fort la chambre voisine). Le prix excessif du petit déjeuner ( 19€ !)

Goede uitvalshoek om fietsroutes te doen. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Je voelt je er thuis

Lawaai autostrade wanneer je wilt slapen met open venster. Ontbijtbuffet, we hadden feitelijk niets te kort maar voor de prijs hadden we meer verwacht. Koffie telkens per kopje vragen is ook een minpunt
